"The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed. Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel."

"The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon."

"Good: you can fill up the google form on their official hotel website to request for the complimentary airport transfer to hotel. When you check in, you can also pre-arrange the complimentary airport transfer to the airport. Not so good: They prioritise their airport transfer first, only if they do not have airport transfer, then they will allow you to book the free shuttle to the city attractions. Therefore, please do not rely so much on the free shuttle. You may want to download Dart App before Arrival into Brunei. Dart is Brunei Car Hiring App like Uber or Grab. Dart only accept cash payment."

"This hotel is an old one. The room that we stayed was just fine. The bathroom, especially the rose shower need to be replace urgently because it will breaks anytime soon. It's a walking distance to reach the city centre. At the ground floor there is a cafe selling all kinds of foods and drinks and the price is affordable. Parking here is free and the WiFi connection is superb."
