Breakfast was so dry. I know their policy is not to bring some breakfast inside the room and i understand that but they have to be compassionate and considerate because my friend is not feeling well

Very accessible but my room floor was so sticky and smells like cigarette. Maybe because my room is close to the parking lot.

Nice enough room for the price. I only stayed for a night but the guy on reception was welcoming on checking in and the room had all of the required amenities for a short stay. The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.

I'm not impressed with this hotel, the fitness center does not have a treadmill, the furniture is very dirty and the free breakfast does not include any meat options. The location is good.

Pet friend hotel in good location. The gym does not have a treadmill. Good parking access.

Convenient place to stay,,,close to everything😀

Too expensive for what you get. Old hotel in need of repairs. Won’t stay again. Much nicer hotels in Calgary for half the cost.

Ok, could improve in customer service

The room was nice and spacious. I had a hard time understanding the English at the front desk. The breakfast area was very small and there were very few varieties.

Just average, the air conditioner is very noisy, no surprises?

The Indian front desk staff provided very poor service. I asked them to clean my room from 9am to 5pm but they still didn't come. Breakfast was only cold eggs. However, the hotel is in a good location.
