GGuest UserCan't give a excellent rating. Facility has 2 structed pools. 1 Pool operational (near pond and good), but the other massive pool just in back of main building is CLOSED. Looks like this has been closed a very long time. Shame. If this pool was operational I would change my rating to being the best. I think the owners/mgt does not want to incur the costs involved to fill and maintain this pool. As its empty it is a eye sore. This is my own opinion.

盼盼盼知了520The hotel location is a little far from the kalibo airport, but the environment and service are first-rate. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are all delicious. Love it there, if I come to the Philippines next time I will definitely stay there for a few nights. ps: grilled wings are particularly delicious where we swim, we ordered three in one breath

I suggest that the hotel needs to look for transportation access for its clients since it was quite far from the downtown.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for the second time to give it another try as our first experience was rather unpleasant with dated facilities and cleanliness issues. Nothing improved in my opinion. The bathroom was slippery, seems like they just cleaned it right before checking and floor needs more rinsing plus drying. Room was mouldy too. There are only 2 working sockets below the television - one of which you can see the socket flung open with wirings visible. Also, the rooms are located on the 3rd floor however the staff were accommodating in helping to carry the luggages. Hope the facilities improve especially cleanliness otherwise, location is superb.

MMerapoThe Location of the hotel is very good, near from everything, the breakfast is good also. The problem on this hotel is the shower the water on the shower just a small drop you cannot shower properly. And at night if you sleep there are some guest who talk loud and laugh and 100% you can hear very loud on your room and you need to call the reception to silence them. Much better to some signages like be quite etc. This hotel have no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage its very hard. And also dont forget the tea on the reception area its not free you need to pay

Мебель простая, но матрас на кровати хороший, полочки для посуды и шкаф для одежды есть. Мыло и туалетная бумага в наличии. Рекомендуем на 1-2 ночи. Местоположение отличное.

GGuest UserThe service is just wonderful they do their best to make you happy. I asked upgrade and paid the difference. This is not a star standard hotel but okay anyhow for a pass overnight stay. The private beach doesn't look inviting if you consider the dirt and litters all around. All in all it's gonna be okay for those looking for low budget stay. I couldn't enjoy shower the next morning.I think there is water shortage and problem in this hotel. Breakfast was simple don't expect too.much, no buffet Here. Though clean and good staff. If i can't shower no second time.

GGuest UserWater is abundant enough to use in toilet not that clean not that dirty. Local food is available at their own cafeteria. Great to say to imorove the amenities more better . I rate it as an average.
