"This hotel had loads of space in the apartment and the reception member was very helpful on arrival. It is a 5 minute walk from Cité médiévale and about 20 minutes from the lower city. I stayed in a single room apartment and it had a double bed and a double sofabed, as well as all the utensils and equipment for cooking your own meals."
"They give you a lot of easy if you come late for receipt, very practical to send you the codes and leave the key through code.
A large and clean room"
"Fijn hotel, lobby is minder aantrekkelijk voor 4 sterren hotel maar het uitzicht vanaf balkon voorkant/ontbijtzaal/restaurant/rooftopterras maakt alles goed, kamers zijn fijn en ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid, er was zelfs tortilla en gebakken groenten"
"Hello, the room was very good, good 3 beds I admit that during my reservation it was the last free room.
A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room.
For breakfast, some pastries would have been appreciated. Orange juice a delight and coffee side excellent
Otherwise the welcome at reception is really very warm and welcoming.
Thanks to the team."
"Never disappointed with the Campanile, impeccable and well-stocked room, in addition to a superb view of the fireworks in the city, swimming pool, breakfast with a very wide choice of products
Excellent evening meal and the price is very reasonable
If there was one thing to say it would be terminals for electric vehicles but the Tesla charger is not too far away"
"For those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think. "
"Just next to carcassoane castle, it is very convenient to walk there. The hotel's Bar is open until 2 pm, and there is a big screen in the European Cup to watch the ball with everyone."
"The hotel is located in 30-40 minutes from the station's waiting and minutes 25-30 from the lock. In general it is normal, but it was not possible to start the air conditioner on heating, but it was quite cool ~20°C. There were problems with the lock, but they were quickly resolved. The breakfast was not very rich for choice."
"We stayed at this hotel for one night, Bastille Day. The room was very nice, albeit the bathroom was small. The pool was great to cool down at and the bar service was excellent, with views of the castle walls. Many people watched the spectacular fireworks from here."

Great
ZZhangjianzoutianyaoThe hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.
OOlgaI really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere
Definitely recommend!
JJdechWe had Jean's room, which is spacious with a window facing the medieval city wall that is lit up at night. All the amenities are clean. You get a cup of champagne upon arrival and the breakfast is a communal experience as you fill the area with the other guests. I have already recommended this place to friends if they visit the city. Great ambiance for couples.
GGuest UserWe did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!
GGuest UserAll good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine, breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍
