"The location is good, the price is good, and the room has a microwave. Opposite the hotel is the beach, with very good sea views. Please note that there is a parking fee. Very close to the outlet. The outlets have Panda fast food, you can buy fried noodles back in the microwave. Hotel management needs to be strengthened. GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

GGuest UserThe concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.

LLEIThe rooms are very large and clean. The pool is divided into adults and children. The children must go to the children's pool every day. There is a great beer house restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. You can solve the problem by visiting Legoland. Outlet is less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel to Legoland, walk no more than 10 minutes

RRUIThe front desk service was huge. We arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the evening. We had a long-distance drive all day. We thought that the sheraton service could not be bad. I knew that the front desk was a fat white man. When I checked in, I kept rolling my eyes all the time. When I applied for membership, I was too sleepy and didn't respond. I asked a question. The front desk immediately replied, ”I am very busy today, don't ask me to see it yourself.” At that time, I thought it might be too late. The front desk had emotions, and it was true that in April, it was obvious that the trash was a hostile phenomenon. After the completion of the process, I did not tell me how to find the room, just an understatement, ”Go through the door.” As a result, there was only 3 floors in the back of the lobby, and our room number was 50. I asked him back. He confirmed that he was on the 5th floor. He immediately left the lobby and told him not to look back. In desperation, I had to bite the scalp on the third floor. Fortunately, I met a couple of black couples who went downstairs to buy wine in the middle of the night. They were very friendly and said that they also found a room for a long time during the day. The actual situation is that the sheraton hotel and the next resort share the lobby and porch. You need to go upstairs through the hotel room corridor, find a glass door at the end, swipe the card and then take the elevator to the resort floor. On the night of the check-in, I sent a complaint letter to the Shereton complaint mailbox. It has been two months since I saw it. Today I saw the app reminder comment. The disgusting feeling of Lima is coming to the fore, and I have to give a bad review.

GGuest UserLove to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️.

吴吴Opposite the outlet, shopping and eating are very convenient. The hotel check-in time is at 4 pm. I can't check in early. The beach recommended by the waiter is really good. The sand is fine and clean. The hotel is quiet and there is a swimming pool, nice!

The room was really small enough to look like only one elevator was dirty and far from my room! The guests of the accommodation are also compared... The corridor is the big corridor. In the morning, there are shit in the hallway, and the children cry in the middle of the night. The restaurant for breakfast is very small. There are several tables, one or two American families, chatting there. Laughing! At the time of check-in, I also caught up with an aunt who was communicating with the front desk about the loss of her mobile phone. In short, it was a little unsafe!
