Will not consider it again. The only advantage is the close proximity to the train station and the centre. Otherwise, awful experience.

Very good location and everything very good for its price. The only bad thing is that you can't leave your suitcases at the accommodation if you arrive before or leave after.

Perfect place to rest up after a full day of shopping. Amanda was very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Would recommend

Very good location. Rooms clean and quiet. Lots of bars to choose from in the immediate area. Big thumbs-up to Amanda and Sharon who gave us a friendly welcome.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff were great. Two that stood out particularly were Amanda and Kirsty absolutely great hospitality and very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Amanda and Kirsty for making our families stay lovely

Amanda is a customer service expert. What a huge value to the lodge. I’ve stayed at the lodge all over the uk and the Cardiff central my favourite place to stay

The hotel is clean and comfortable, noisy until around midnight but to be expected in the centre of the city. Abby and Ross were really friendly and welcoming, all of the staff seem the same. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the city, the only problem is choosing somewhere to eat! Thanks so much, we will be back 😊

Very standard hotel for a one night stay. Had everything I needed, though you do need to pay for wifi. Amanda at the front desk was lovely.
