"Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room. Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom. Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet."

"The noise of airplanes starts at 5:00 in the morning, so those who need a good sleep should consider staying here. In addition, the refrigerator in the room is filled with wine and other items that the hotel needs to pay for, which takes up almost all the space. This is still our favorite hotel."

"The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option."

"Very good hotel, the whole family of four with children stayed together very happy and comfortable, great, the security environment and other fields are very safe and thoughtful, the service attitude is also very good"

"Conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport, this is my go-to hotel for every layover. It's clean, the service is good, and they offer airport pick-up and drop-off service if you call ahead. Plus, the rooms are quite spacious, easily accommodating 5-6 guests."

"I chose this bcos I still had a rental car with me If you come with a car or a campervan or a caravan you could stay here The residence is old but I could live with it as long as it is clean The staff in the front desk was so friendly and kind You can find restaurant and groceries nearby (by car)"

"Thought this place might be convenient and it absolutely was! The shuttle added sooooo much value. I had a late flight in and an early one out and it wasn’t even the slightest hassle for them (10pm in, 6am out). The room was huge, clean, comfortable and came with complimentary gifts! Genuinely will stay again when I layover in Perth. Perfect for layovers. 10/10.  One point- Trip.com didn’t pass on the airport shuttle details to me so I needed to ring. Had them a couple mins later. Not the fault of the hotel."

"Currently undergoing renovations and new building works so on appearance from the outside it might not look the best but the unit was clean, comfortable and has everything you need and service is great, they have a laundry and were able to store my bags for when I return. Ideal location for me with shops, cafes, restaurants and a pub within walking distance."
