This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance.

The hotel is in the city, the space and facilities are pretty good, the breakfast is relatively complete, and you can get free coupons for parking. Overall, it is good. One thing needs to be improved, the sanitation is not cleaned carefully, and the fruit left in the drawer by the previous guest has become moldy and has not been cleaned up!

Because baby food needs to be refrigerated, the front desk thoughtfully put it in the hotel refrigerator and also provides midnight snack service. This newly opened hotel boasts new facilities, excellent afternoon tea, and excellent service, including a complimentary fruit and drink. The hearty dry noodle breakfast received widespread praise, along with the complete children's dining set. The children's playground was a highlight, and our two children had a blast. The downsides were the unstable water pressure on the 9th floor, with the shower running hot and cold. The front desk was a bit indifferent and lacked the attitude or ability to resolve the issue. We and our children were moved around three different rooms of the same category before Manager Lin finally upgraded us to the 15th floor, where we finally had a hot shower. Thank you to her and the young man who helped us with our luggage. The service was a bit lacking in initiative. The welcome fruit included in the set menu wasn't there initially, and the children's toiletries were missing; guests had to request them. There was also a slight decorating smell, which we hope will be improved.

The hotel is clean,receptionist is very friendly and good.Comfortable bed,no complains except the tv only shows Chinese channels which is no problem but I wish they at least had English subtitles,their breakfast is not really suitable for breakfast it’s heavy chinese food like rice etc.Hotels should know that a foreigner can come lodge a room and cater to them,I wish they made English breakfast as well.Also the water in the shower comes out little by little and the AC isn’t cold..

The warm service of the staff at the time of check-out is a lot of points. I don’t think about it because the episode at the beginning was too harsh.
