"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Zurich and overall the hotel was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a short stay. However, I booked a King Bed room, but upon arrival I was arranged a Twin Bedroom instead. I was already very tired from travelling, so I decided not to request a room change at that time. While the stay was still acceptable, I hope the hotel can pay closer attention to room type arrangements, especially when guests have already booked a specific bed type. It would make the check-in experience smoother and avoid disappointment after a long journey. The room itself was clean and the hotel location/service was generally okay, but the room assignment issue did affect my overall experience."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the airport to the hotel, and then a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the train station. It's really convenient for an overnight layover. The front desk has a small shop where you can buy snacks or drinks. The room pretty much had everything I needed, except for slippers."

"I've stayed here before. It's a quick 10-minute bus ride from the airport, just 3 or 4 stops. It's also very close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk. There are 2-3 supermarkets nearby, and right next to the hotel is a Turkish restaurant with good food, if you like Turkish cuisine. This time, the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Note that the city tax must be paid by card; they don't accept cash. When I opened the room door, the bed was tall and narrow, and with the red and white color scheme, it looked exactly like something out of a European TV show or movie, which actually made me a bit scared to sleep. The room was small, and the layout was impractical. My knee hit the metal edge of the sink when I was getting out of the bathtub, scraping off a layer of skin. The toilet was also awkwardly placed. The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible; it would connect and immediately disconnect, then I couldn't connect again at all. The mini-bar drinks were all complimentary, which was a nice touch. Although it's next to the airport, the noise wasn't too bad; by the time it got noisy, I was already out. There's another hotel near the airport that's my first choice, it's excellent in all aspects, but it was fully booked. So this was my second choice, and it's fine for a transit stay."

"The location is pretty and quiet 13-19min away the airport Less than 15min to city and it’s easy to get around Rooms are not small and pretty tidy and clean Check in was smooth and staff are very nice and helpful ! Around the hotel there’s shop, cinema and nice cafe can stopped by!"

"The room is clean but it’s cramped, hard to move fast. The front desk staff in the morning particularly the guy is rude. We were a bit early for breakfast because they changed their time from 6:30 to 7am which we aligned for our day activity. When i asked if we can just sit inside while waiting for a few minutes before 7am, he answered me rudely saying “as i said..”, but when we came inside at 7:01am, there were already people eating there, 2 pairs i saw. This is rude because we were pressed for time as we have to catch up the tour bus and we paid for the breakfast knowing the time is 6:30am but they changed it the night before and they let other people in while we just requested to be seated inside while waiting for 7am. Most of their staff are rude. Only the guy at the breakfast checkin is nice."

"I’ve stayed at Hotel Limmathof twice, both for one-night stays in Zurich, and each time it has been a solid, reliable choice — mainly thanks to its excellent location and reasonable price. The hotel is just a short walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient if you’re arriving late, leaving early, or using the city as part of a longer itinerary. You can be at the station in minutes, and it’s also within easy walking distance of the Old Town, shops, and restaurants, so it works well as a base for exploring. On both stays, I had a single room, which was fairly basic but clean and functional. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it provides everything you need for a comfortable night’s sleep. For short stays, especially when you’re spending most of your time out in the city, it’s perfectly adequate. What makes this hotel stand out is the value for money. Zurich can be an expensive city, and finding somewhere central at a reasonable price is not always easy. Hotel Limmathof strikes a good balance between cost and convenience, which is why I’ve chosen to stay there more than once. I would recommend Hotel Limmathof to anyone looking for a simple, affordable place to stay in Zurich with an excellent central location. It’s ideal for short visits where practicality and value are the priority."

"I booked this hotel because of its convenient location, just a 10-minute drive to Zurich Airport and 20 minutes to downtown. The room was functionally designed. Although there was no fridge and electric kettle, a coffee machine was provided. Check-in was handled by a staff member, and there's parking available for those traveling by car but just remember to bring your ticket to get it validated. Car park is FOC. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets like Coop, Aldi, Lidl, and more, which made it very convenient. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Swiss National Museum, and within walking distance of ETH Zurich, making it convenient to get anywhere. We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. Unfortunately, outside our window was a construction site with a building under construction, causing a lot of noise."
