"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot. The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings 🥟 were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 🧧 to the child. "Very nice stay. The lady boss was so enthusiastic and helpful. She was so kind to help me with everything. I was the only one at the time so she gave me a big king bedroom with bathroom. The location is about 30-minute walking to the Dagu park, which is fine for me as I like walking. Recommend to stay here."

"Facilities: Smart home appliances throughout, Baidu smart speaker, underfloor heating that keeps the air moist, direct elevator access to rooms. Large parking lot. Large screen projector. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Smart toilet, shower with comfortable water temperature and plenty of hot water. Environment: Nice, clean, and tidy. Large and spacious restaurant. Service: The owner is very welcoming and provides excellent service. They can also help book Dagu Glacier tickets. Highly recommended."

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S. Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience. Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room. Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique. If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and again, the owner was incredibly kind. The hotel facilities were excellent. What really stood out was that the street the hotel is on has so many great food options, and shopping nearby is super convenient with big supermarkets and everything. Heishui feels much more developed than we initially imagined, and the ******* people here are so warm and welcoming – the owner is ******* too, haha! I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience was truly fantastic and made me so happy. I can't even imagine how inconvenient our remaining two days would have been if the owner hadn't driven us to attractions and picked us up. Anyone seeing this review and booking this hotel is incredibly lucky. You really can't go wrong with this place!"

"This is a brand new hotel that has everything. You can easily walk to the food district, and there's a large convenience store right at the entrance of the alley. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. If you don't mind that the towels are disposable and a bit thinner than usual, then it's a perfectly comfortable and excellent stay. It's also not far from Takashimaya."

"We stayed at the Heishui and Siguniang Mountain resorts for three days and absolutely loved the butler service at Gar Manor! From the moment we got off the bus, we were completely taken care of. The butler eagerly carried our luggage and checked us in, making it incredibly easy. The breakfast was plentiful, with a mix of whole grains and protein. The warm black pig's trotters and stir-fried pork in the evening were a thoughtful touch. The most touching thing was that the butler even brought us an umbrella on a rainy day, holding it for us along the way and providing hot tea. These little touches are truly heartwarming! The mountain-view loft we stayed in at Siguniang Mountain had a fantastic view, with both floors offering views of the lake and mountains. On a clear day, the lake sparkled like diamonds, while on a rainy day, the misty clouds shrouded the place like a fairyland. It truly soothed me here and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Siguniang Mountain!"

"This hotel offers incredible value for money, far exceeding my expectations. 1️⃣ The hostess is incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, reminding us of all the little details. 2️⃣ The twin beds are huge, easily accommodating two people, and the room comes with a humidifier with a very clean water tank (a lifesaver for allergy sufferers like me). 3️⃣ Even with just an AC and an electric blanket, it was incredibly warm. No worries about catching a cold. For someone like me who can't stand direct AC wind, I just set it to the lowest fan speed and still felt perfectly cozy. The bathroom's heated fan (Yuba) was also very powerful. 4️⃣ We had dinner at the hotel, and the hotpot dipping sauce was absolutely delicious! 😋 Plus, the vegetables had a subtle sweetness (first time ever experiencing that, and I loved it!). The whole set meal was more than enough for two people. 5️⃣ The rooms are equipped with disposable toilet seat covers, towels, and more – a dream come true for germaphobes! 6️⃣ The charging station isn't in the hotel's parking lot, but it's very close, just a 2-minute walk away. 7️⃣ It's about a 5-minute drive to the Dagu Glacier scenic area, making it perfect for those traveling by car. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"This self-driving trip to Dagu Glacier in Western Sichuan was made even better by our stay at Heishui Jiruo Mountain Villa – the most worry-free and comfortable accommodation of the entire trip! The villa boasts an excellent location, only about 1 kilometer from the Dagu Glacier scenic area. The owner even provides free shuttle service, saving you from early morning rushes, which is incredibly convenient for glacier visitors. Located next to the Qicai Jiazu ******* Village, the environment is quiet and beautiful, with a strong ******* style. The courtyard is clean and tidy, the air is fresh, and you can see the starry sky and mountain views at dawn and dusk – a truly immersive experience. Parking is super convenient, with a free, spacious parking lot and charging stations, making electric vehicle travel hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness – a good night's sleep relieves the fatigue of the drive. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and complete toiletries. The cleaning is meticulous, with every corner spotless. The rooms have good natural light, great views, and good soundproofing, making them exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a high quality of rest. The accommodation combines the unique charm of the Jiarong ******* culture with the comforts of modern accommodations, making for a safe and pleasant stay. The owners and their family are warm and welcoming, providing exceptionally attentive service. Check-in is efficient, they proactively help with luggage, and patiently explain travel tips for Dagu Glacier, altitude sickness precautions, and even help you buy discounted park tickets. Any problems are resolved promptly, making you feel like family. The dining experience is a pleasant surprise! The yak hot pot and Tibetan-style earthenware hot pot are generously portioned, incredibly delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, offering authentic local flavors. The butter tea and homemade yogurt are also fantastic. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, with excellent ******* flatbread, porridge, and pickled vegetables – a satisfying and hearty meal. It's conveniently located near attractions like Naizigou and Qicaijiazu, making travel easy. Overall, the location is excellent, the service is warm, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and parking is convenient, making it incredibly cost-effective. It's perfect for family trips, groups of friends, or photography tours. Staying here at Dagu Glacier is definitely a great choice, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Heishui. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Western Sichuan!"

"This is my first review, and it's completely honest. This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my travels here. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; whenever I had a problem, I liked to go to her, and she always helped. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the front desk service is excellent, and check-in was fast. The room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a free late check-out, which was really nice. It's a fantastic hotel. They also gave a free bottle of mineral water upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is exceptional, and breakfast is also great. There's free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!"
