"The trip was spontaneous, and my hotel choice depended on the location, so I'm incredibly glad I picked this one. I was traveling with my mom, and taking a taxi from other hotels would have cost us at least 2,000 rubles – which is a necessity with those February winds! Instead, we walked the entire shopping street back and forth, saving a lot on taxis. The breakfasts were very decent. Our room was super warm, despite what other reviews might say. We loved everything and will definitely be back! The staff is very friendly and attentive to all guest questions and requests. The ladies at the reception even offered a free room upgrade, and of course, we couldn't say no! 😁 So, don't overthink it, the hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, reasonable room rates, and excellent staff. Lots of pros! 👌🏻 We'll be back!"

Later I found that the hot water would be slow to come, but it is good. A deposit of 200 is required, which will be refunded later."

Nice girl who explained everything (we are Russian speakers and did not understand how to check in, we wrote to her on trip.com and she met us near the hotel, showed us everything), convenient location (10 minutes walk to the shopping street), clean, bright room. "This hotel is amazing. We had a free early check in, the staff of the hotel offered us a discount for the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't big, but it was enough to have a very satisfying meal. The staff were very attentive, hospitable and sweet with us. They offered us a room on the upper floor so that the street noises didn't bother us. The room was so nice! It was cozy, very convenient and super clean - one of the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed at."

"Found the place very quickly, thanks to the host's detailed instructions. They were super responsive and helpful. Overall, everything was great. Everything mentioned in the description was accurate. We really liked it! 👍 Sometimes we wished for a microwave or a stove, though. 🙈 The location is excellent. Not far from the seafood street, a shopping street, and Vostok Park. There are snack shops, quite a few cafes, and restaurants right near the apartment. You definitely won't go hungry! 👌 Big thanks to the host!"

"First of all, a special shout-out to the two front desk staff working the night shift on May 14th – a young man and a young woman. They made my stay absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and had the best attitude. Secondly, the environment was very clean, and getting around by taxi was both cheap and convenient. I compared several places and ultimately chose to stay here. Highly recommend!"
