"Accommodation conveniently located in a quiet street of old Jianshui. The owners have the sense of hospitality: they greet you with tea and fruits, they share grilled tofu with you. "Welcome desserts, welcome fruit: They offered flower cakes and small fruits, which was very thoughtful. Facilities: The facilities are average but have everything you need. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and they clean punctually every morning and noon. Environment: It has the advantages of an old house, warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has the common disadvantage of old houses, which is slightly poor soundproofing, but the owner provided earplugs. However, the neighbors were very considerate, so I didn't even need them. Service: The service was excellent. They called in advance to confirm the check-in time and thoughtfully prepared Jianhui food and travel guides, especially the station pick-up/drop-off service, which was very considerate. High-speed rail pick-up or drop-off (choose one): Very punctual and efficient."

"This charming homestay is tucked away on a quiet side street, just a quick 2-minute walk from the main Lianian Street. My friends and I loved the beautiful courtyard and traditional architecture — it really captured the local character of Jianshui. We only stayed one night, right after the Golden Week holidays, and were pleasantly surprised that the staff could arrange spacious rooms for us on the same second floor (I’d recommend choosing the second floor over the first). The staff were friendly and very responsive to our questions and requests. One thing to note: because it’s designed in a traditional courtyard style, you can hear other guests talking if you leave your windows open — but that’s part of the authentic atmosphere!"

"First off, the hotel's environment is lovely and beautiful, and the location is super convenient. The room size, cleanliness, and amenities are all great, and the soundproofing is pretty good – I didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. All the staff are really nice; the front desk, the butler, the bellhop, and the housekeepers are all very dedicated and polite. There's also a relatively new SANSAN TEA within the hotel, and the bayberry fruit at the front desk is delicious. I stayed for two nights and three days and was very satisfied. The only minor points for improvement would be that the breakfast coffee machine was broken with no alternative offered (they could have easily put out some instant coffee), and while the breakfast sofa chairs look luxurious, they're not very practical for eating."

A simple life is no longer a luxury. Staying here can feel the noisy local customs, and also enjoy a comfortable and secluded life, adding warmth to your life. We are willing to give up the attentive service of Lin'an Inn and create a secluded place for foreign guests to travel and relax. Heart is an unseen mountain, reluctant to part with Lin'an Inn and looking forward to your 'return home'.
"Excellent welcoming with free pickup at Railway station. The place is a bit difficult to find so the free pickup was very useful. Located in the old city with easy walking. The room was very clean except for some mould on the shower curtain. Privacy is a bit of a problem with one window to the outside with easy visibility into the room and one window facing inside also with easy visibility into the room. However, blackout curtains helped. The room was spacious but no fridge and wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we only stayed one day. No lift but hotel reception was great and help us with our bags and tips to get around."

"I chose this inn based on reviews, and it was just as good as everyone said. It's a Muslim-friendly inn, and the elderly couple who run it are very hospitable. They even proactively helped with luggage and provided complimentary high-quality bottled water. For seniors, there's a squat toilet option. The rooms have air conditioning, the bathrooms have 24-hour hot water, and housekeeping cleans daily, replacing toiletries. The small courtyard is elegantly decorated, giving guests a comfortable feeling. Having stayed for a week, I consider this the best inn of my trip."

Our store is located directly under the south gate of Jianshui Ancient City, Lin'an Town, Jianshui County. We provided more than just a clean set of sheets, the room was small but comfortable. We also pay more attention to providing a platform for traveling friends to learn and communicate with each other. The youth hostel has a reading corner where young people can read and study. There is a coffee table in the lobby where everyone can chat and exchange "what they have seen and heard around the world." The youth hostel has its own courtyard, allowing travelers to relax and enjoy the fun of life. They gave up big and luxurious hotels and chose a simple and comfortable way to visit Jianshui.
"It's a hostel with a very homely environment. The manager will invite you to drink tea with him, the courtyard is a very chill area to hang out in and even spend all day to the sound of flowing water and surrounded by plants. There is a kitchen available too, and the manager brings water from the well daily for the use of the guests. The dorm was comfortable and the lower beds have curtains but the upper ones don't. The manager sometimes organises events for the guests, such as the time when we went picking mushrooms and visited a local market from where we bought more mushrooms which were cooked for dinner, all at a very good price. The location is excellent, just 1 minute walking to the south gate of the ancient city. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Jianshui."

"We actually came back to this hotel for a second stay after visiting the terraces, which says a lot about the overall experience. The location is fantastic, very close to the old town and right by a lovely lake, making it really special. The girls at reception are also incredibly kind and helpful, even if they don’t speak English, they do their best using a translator. Cleanliness was decent but could be improved a bit. We would recommend choosing a higher-category room, as the basic ones feel a bit outdated and less comfortable. Overall, a great stay mainly thanks to the amazing location and the kindness of the staff."
