"Pet-friendly hotel with incredibly thoughtful service! The combination of traditional Hanfu attire and the garden scenery makes for stunning photos everywhere you look. The room facilities are quite comprehensive; the smart controls for lighting are convenient, the hairdryer works well, and there's even a coffee machine. It made for a very hassle-free stay. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Stayed at the Expo Hotel for a music festival in Jiashan. The price didn't increase because of the festival, which was really decent of them – great value for money! It was also super close to the music festival venue. Even though the front desk was really busy when I checked in, Ms. Wang Wenyan Dai at reception was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even added me on WeChat for any questions, which was really helpful. Despite coming back late, the hotel stay was so comfortable that it just wiped away all my fatigue. I also got to see my favorite Jialun! This trip was really satisfying, and I even received a gift from the front desk when I checked out."

"The location is very convenient, close to both Wanlian and Yintai Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The lobby is modern and well-presented, creating a good first impression. We stayed for a longer period, so having laundry facilities was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the room. We raised this issue, and the staff did try to move us to another room. However, it seemed that all rooms had a similar smoking smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking rooms. This made our stay quite uncomfortable."

"Traveling with kids for the holidays, the family room was a real highlight and a pleasant surprise. We were lucky enough to experience two themed family rooms: Super Wings and Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. My son definitely preferred Super Wings. It's a shame we couldn't get a family room with a slide, but we'll try again next time. Hotel parking was very convenient, and it's close to scenic spots like Xitang Ancient Town, making it easy to get around by car."

"The stay experience at Jiashan Expo Orange Hotel is great! The room is large, spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and the oversized windows give you a particularly wide view. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can relax instantly when you lie down on it, and have a good sleep all night. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with both local snacks and freshly cooked noodles, and a variety of fresh fruits. The waiter is warm and thoughtful, and actively asks about needs. The location is convenient, with many dining and shopping options around. The overall cleanliness and tidiness, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the cost performance is super high. I will choose here next time I come to Jiashan!"

Even during peak check-in time when I arrived, he handled everything calmly and efficiently, completing the process quickly. When I requested to change floors on short notice, Via patiently coordinated and successfully changed my room. He also meticulously explained the hotel facilities, local ancient town attractions, and authentic cuisine. His demeanor was impeccable, and his service was thoughtful and attentive, always polite and enthusiastic. Such high-quality service truly reflects the hotel's standards. Thanks to Via's exceptional service, this hotel will definitely be my top choice again when I visit Jiashan next time."

"Accommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind. Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child. Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance. "The hotel is clean and the environment is great, with a beautiful little garden. The rooms are well-equipped, with wireless charging right by the bedside; the amenities are excellent. The TV picture quality is clear and excellent, and the sound is very good and pleasant to listen to. The shower has plenty of hot water and good sound insulation, as does the room itself. Parking is convenient. A highly recommended gem of a hotel! I'll definitely come back next time."

"Great location in downtown with convenient shops and restaurants around. Plus a beautiful park just in front. Very good breakfast with Chinese dishes and local noddles cooked at the moment. Clean and comfortable. Large room, warm in winter even with -7 outside. Professional staff and special thanks to the GM that speak English for his help and suggestion."
