"My stay at the Renaissance & Courtyard Korla was an amazing surprise! The hotel boasts a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere with complete and brand-new facilities – the overall quality is truly impressive. Breakfast is served at both restaurants, offering a rich variety of delicious options. All staff members were professional and polite, demonstrating high overall quality. I'd especially like to commend Hailey and Ella at the front desk. Hailey handled check-in efficiently and gracefully, with a gentle and appropriate demeanor. Ella was attentive and patient, answering all questions and providing thoughtful, considerate service. The entire service experience was meticulous and warm, with every detail showcasing their professionalism. "I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"This was my dream room, it even had a private courtyard entrance and a welcome fruit plate of Korla fragrant pears. Absolutely incredible value for money! The service was great, facilities complete, and the restaurant next door was delicious too. Arriving in Korla was a pleasant surprise, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service."

"I originally booked at Berman, but due to a hygiene issue, I switched to this hotel last minute, and to my surprise, it was a pleasant discovery. The room was spacious and cozy. The price was already good, and with the Ctrip points, it was an absolute steal – excellent value for money! The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite the Bazhou Museum. Plus, the restaurant on the second floor offers a good variety of dishes, making dining very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

Cleanliness: Very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and thorough. Environment: Located in the train station area, the environment is quite good. "Tourists driving from Urumqi through the tunnel to Korla recommend this accommodation. The underfloor heating is excellent, even a bit too warm in winter, and the water pressure is great, making showers comfortable and satisfying. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and tidy, with complete facilities and satisfactory service. The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!"

"A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang."
