"I booked this hotel because they had air-conditioning and with the excelled. The bathroom did not look properly cleaned, especially the bad tub and we had to have our bedsheets changed because they had markings and they duvet had a red stain. Breakfast was terrible and definitely not worth the £16 per person you would pay otherwise. There was a lot of variety, especially if you are vegetarian and the other thing is that the breakfast area was very small. They had a large group tour of guests in this particular setting and day it was Italian guests and it was just chaotic. Stuff are friendly."

"Great overnight stay at the Swindon Holiday Inn.   Room was fresh and fully stocked for tea and coffee.  Shower was great.  Breakfast was well laid out, although mushrooms and a choice of egg styles / pastries could have tipped the balance to match a Premier Inn.   Staff on reception, breakfast and room housekeeping were so friendly and helpful.  The value for money was excellent."

"The hotel was well located as we visited friends in nearby Wootton Basset - reception was courteous and efficient in our check in… we asked for a room way from the lifts and this request was delivered. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly given it’s been a very hot few days! Breakfast the following morning had plenty choices and tables were clean and cleared up quickly. Staff in restaurant were very efficient and courteous. Express check- in was good too. Overall a great stay and serves us well."
