"About a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, it feels generally quite safe. However, this was the only hotel in Italy out of all the ones I stayed at where you didn't need to swipe a card to use the elevator. The front desk staff were very nice; I arrived past 12 PM, and I was ready to just store my luggage, but the front desk proactively told me my room was already ready. When we left, they also allowed us to check out two hours late. When checking out, they asked if I was willing to leave a tip, and since the staff were so nice, I agreed to give 10 Euros."

"The staff were very friendly. Depending on where your room is, it’s a little confusing to get to as it’s in annex? But it was a good location right next to the station. I did have a small bit of mold in the fridge though. I do wish that the room came with a kettle or something so that you could eat. Other than that it was a private place to stay, small but not uncomfortably small."

"It was quite a challenging stay. The requests I made in the booking were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms, which seemed to upset the front desk staff quite a bit. A South Asian porter helped us with our luggage. I didn't have any small change, as I mostly pay with cards and rarely use cash, so I only gave him a 2 Euro coin as a tip. From that moment on, whenever he saw us, he showed absolutely no expression. I mean, it's not like I was going to give him a 200 or 500 Euro bill, right? Was it even worth that much? The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room, although not as good as the original one after the change, was still acceptable. The location is fantastic: just a few dozen meters from the train station, and there's an airport shuttle right outside. There are no issues with the location, and the area isn't as chaotic as some say. The only problem is that all the staff had rather cold and indifferent expressions, making you feel, for a moment, like you weren't even in Italy! I won't be staying here again, even with its many advantages. I just don't want to deal with their attitudes!"

"Absolutely loved it!!!!!! Location: It's a 10-minute walk from the station, which is perfectly acceptable even with a large suitcase. Not too strenuous. Service: Incredibly friendly. They let us check in early, which we really appreciated! 🙏 Room: Super beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was excellent! The room and lobby have quite different decor styles, which is unique and very pretty! "I rarely leave reviews, but this place was genuinely excellent. It felt just like a modern, stylish hotel back home, similar to Atour or All Seasons, with a fresh and youthful design. Breakfast was fantastic – 6 euros for kids and 12 for adults – and much better than what I paid double for in Barcelona. What really impressed me was having a washing machine. Even though there were only a couple and one was out of order, it's such a lifesaver for long trips, making it feel very much like a hotel in China. I was initially worried the room would be too small when I booked, as it was listed at 15 square meters, but it felt more like 20+. We easily fit two large suitcases and three people with plenty of space. I'm extremely satisfied; this was the cheapest yet most satisfying hotel of my entire European trip. I saw a 'money tree' downstairs and initially thought it was a Chinese-invested hotel, haha, but after a friend (Doubao) looked into it, apparently not. The location is unbeatable, with many attractions within walking distance. If I come back, I'd rebook this hotel without hesitation. A big shoutout to Trip.com too – I noticed the price dropped after booking, and they refunded me the difference without me having to rebook, which was a pleasant surprise."

"The room was quite spacious and matched the pictures online, with a double bed. If you're taking the airport shuttle bus, you just walk straight for about 150 meters after getting off, then turn left, and you're there. Turning left when you exit puts you right in front of the train station. The elevator is quite old-fashioned. It seems I actually stayed in a room belonging to the hotel next door, and I'm not sure how they differentiate between them."

"Right by the subway exit and opposite the train station, it's super convenient. You'll find plenty of restaurants, transportation options, and supermarkets right downstairs. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, and the decor was really cozy and pretty. The lobby has sofas, and there are many rooms on each floor, so it's easy to get lost! The interior walls contrast quite a bit with the inside, but overall it's very comfortable. I'd definitely want to stay here again."

"Exiting Rome's train station, I spotted the McDonald's sign, and the hotel was just down the street, very close. There's a decent Chinese restaurant nearby too. The main draw is the convenient location; I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel's overall environment is decent, and the rooms are quite spacious. Emails to the hotel are promptly replied to. When I bought some deli food from the supermarket and asked the hotel to heat it up, the front desk staff were very warm and meticulous in helping me microwave it. Although it's not luxurious, it fully meets daily needs, and as a transit stop during a trip, it offers excellent value for money."
