"Our third time staying at this hotel, and overall it has been good. However, we always visit during peak periods, and on several occasions the room cleaning had not been finished by the time we went out. As for breakfast, the chef who prepared the Eggs Benedict never seemed to get it right. It was overcooked, and on two occasions when I asked for it to be remade, it came back undercooked instead. Last time we stayed here and the sane thing happened with the same chef. Quite disappointed. :( My boy really enjoyed the adventure pass; pizza decorating and gel candle creation. :)"

"Stayed for one night and was impressed by everything! Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink of iced lemon tea and a cold towel. The lemon tea was so refreshing and delicious, I only wish I could have had more. The staff member who escorted us to our room, a lovely front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and brought us right to the door. Our luggage arrived just a moment later. On the day we checked in, there was a seminar group, and they informed us and apologized for any inconvenience right from the start. Entering the room, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool; they had turned it on in advance, which was brilliant. The room was spacious, the bed was soft with plenty of pillows, and the hot water in the shower was easy to adjust – no sudden temperature changes. Usually, when I stay elsewhere, I always bring my own hairdryer, but the one here was substantial and worked really well. We received a complimentary minibar and welcome snacks from the housekeeper. The breakfast had a great variety; the green curry and grilled pork were especially delicious. Initially, the staff mentioned that the hotel was at 100% capacity for the day, and I was a bit worried about getting a table and the breakfast offerings. However, it wasn't an issue at all. Food was constantly replenished, and there was good table turnover with staff always on standby to clear tables. Overall, I was very impressed! I would definitely come back to stay here again."

"The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach, with direct access to the sea. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. However, during our stay, there was a seminar group, so the restaurant and swimming pool were very crowded. Parking space was also quite limited. While I was taking a shower, I found that the body wash in the bathroom had run out. Luckily, I had brought my own—otherwise, I would have had to use shampoo instead! 😄"

"A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance."

"Quiet, comfortable, and a hotel I absolutely adore! The overall fragrance throughout the hotel is incredibly soothing, making you feel pleasantly relaxed. The Thai restaurant is delicious, especially the Pad Thai! The Float Sound Healing at the Wellness center is definitely worth experiencing! It offers a deeper healing than a typical spa. The entire hotel's program design is very therapeutic and wellness-focused, with activities like Zumba and Tree Hugging, perfect for a slow-paced vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay. This hotel is popular with families with children because of its safe pool with a slide. It's just a short walk across the street to the beach, which is calm, clean, and offers reasonably priced seafood."

"Good Hotel at a competitive price. Have stayed here many times and you get what you pay for. location is close to the beach and some good restaurants plus the pool is a good size. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet has a good variety to satisfy Thais and foreigners alike. Still my go to hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel from December 20th to January 1st! Its name translates to 'sea lullaby' in Russian, and it truly lives up to it! The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which means it's quiet and peaceful. We stayed in an overwater villa with direct pool access from our room, and the kids absolutely loved being able to swim anytime! The rooms are well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel staff put in effort to keep them in good condition. Housekeeping was proactive; unlike large hotels where you often have to chase them, here they offered to clean our room themselves! Linens and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet like in bigger hotels; instead, they prepared everything to our order, and you could really taste the care in the food. The beach is across a small road from the hotel, but there's hardly any traffic, so it wasn't an issue. For us, a big plus was having the beach almost to ourselves because most of the hotel guests are from Asian countries and don't typically sunbathe much. The sand is light, and the water is crystal clear! For beach activities, you can ride horses, and sometimes there are banana boats and jet skis. If water sports aren't available but you really want them, you can arrange it at the hotel reception. You can also order drinks and food from the restaurant to the beach. The prices on the main restaurant menu are reasonable, more or less the same as cafes on the shore, which is unusual for hotel restaurants, so we often had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Regarding amenities, a 7/11 is about 20 minutes from the hotel, but we borrowed bikes from reception and got there in 5-7 minutes. By the way, they don't sell alcohol there because a high school is nearby. In an alley, there's a small local shop where you can buy beer, rum, snacks, and other small items. Cafes, massage places, and laundromats are about a 15-20 minute walk along the shore. And here's a delightful surprise for us: it was our child's birthday, and the hotel staff presented a handwritten card with well wishes, along with complimentary ice cream and flowers! Our daughter was so touched and absolutely loved it! We've never experienced anything like this in other hotels where we've celebrated birthdays. Special thanks to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. When we checked out, they even offered us free water for the road and ice cream for the kids! If you're looking for relaxation, attention to detail, and a carefree vacation, this hotel is for you! Thank you to the hotel and staff for our amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!"
