Very good, beautiful view.

First of all, I must say that I came here based on the reviews. … But the reality I encountered… is based on the reviews. But… they didn’t review everything. Let me summarize the topics as follows. 📍Things that I was not impressed with (that many people may be satisfied with) 1. Staff who do not love service, do not smile, do not greet. Even on the day we checked out, they did not think to greet and thank the customers. 2. The place is too small. The room is on the second floor. The stairs to go up are spiral iron stairs. The size is quite inconvenient for tourists with very large bags. It is not suitable for tourists with large luggage. 3. The room size is too small (we booked a superior room with two single beds, but the room provided was a room with one double bed). The room does not have a balcony. If 2 people stay, they have to walk and avoid each other, which makes it feel too expensive and not worth the price. You can only sleep there, not suitable for relaxing. If you want to relax and watch the Mekong River, you have to pay an additional 1,200 baht to get a room by the Mekong River with a balcony. 4. The sign in the room states “Please do not make loud noises.” But because it is a wooden house and there are no soundproofing materials at all The room next door just turned on the TV and it came through to our room 100% — Before you put up a sign, please make the accommodation a little more soundproof. — 5. Breakfast that is not suitable to serve customers, such as rice porridge that is not cooked enough, not enough for customers or not sure, but when scooping to eat, it was rice porridge mixed with plain water, with toast, soft-boiled eggs, fruit, no side dishes or fried rice, plain rice, there were dumplings, Nescafe coffee in a bag. 📍 What impressed me 1. Beautiful view on the walking street and on the Mekong River 2. Located in the middle of the walking street They ended the review with sincerity, no flattery, no fake. If anyone is interested and is looking at this accommodation, please consider the pros and cons for yourself. It may be considered a very good accommodation for those who want to stay in the middle of the walking street.

The accommodation is super cute and warm. There is a cafe under the accommodation. When you open the room, there is food in front of the room. The green tea and cocoa are very delicious. I want to eat them every day.

Beautiful room, very clean, located in the heart of Chiang Khan's city, walking street, good staff, impressed for the second time.

It feels okay. Will recommend to friends!

We were at a wedding in the Seagoe Hotel on 11th April. Service extremely poor, waiters were rude, room wasn't laid out as per instructions from the bridal party. One waiter stood talking about me, behind my back!!! The wedding planner wasn't there, it apparently was her day off, so nobody to come ordinate the proceedings. I certainly hope the Bride and Groom don't let this one go, as I know they had a lot more to add than I've mentioned here!!! Certainly would NOT recommend the Seagoe to anyone for a wedding!!

A small but really cozy and nice boutique hotel. Small rooms but so cozy and have all you need. I stay in one of the rooms with a river view. Only challenge communication as I not speak Thai but was more fun then a problem. Parking lot is maybe 200m away which really good for Chiang khan which is a very compact village. I will come back and do very much recommend it

Great location in the middle of Chiang Khan on Walking Street. Very friendly service. There is also a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast is also served there. Wooden house. Rooms are tiny but very clean; you can't take a lot of luggage with you, hardly any storage space in the room. But OK for 1-2 nights. Perfect starting point for trips into the area and for the night market in the evening. Early in the morning you can see the monks walking by, donations and offerings are set up along the street.
