Stayed for 2 nights and everything seems ok except the wifi is poor. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You can get free detergent from the lobby but both the washer and dryer need to pay : NT50 for the washer and NT50 for the dryer. Breakfast was ok.

2600 ntd a night is too expensive consider how bad it is, I think the only good thing about this hotel is that they accept pets, however, since I don’t have a dog with me, I can’t really give out any stars. Firstly, the location is very bad and the parking lot is so far away, also the surroundings and parking lot is full of 8+9(traditional ********* *********). The road is so dirty, I know it’s not hotels fault the location is so bad anyway. Secondly, the bathroom is leaking and after we shower, the bathroom is flooding, which is crazy for a $2600 room. Lastly, the breakfast is a total disaster, plus you have to recycle your own dishes, this is not a student dorm …….

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in my next visit . Highly recommended.

This is a new hotel or it has just been renovated. The facilities are good. The room is clean and cosy. The breakfast is much better than expected.

Staffs are very helpful, polite and caring. The breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean and room is big. Only short coming is that the train station is a bit far, approx 15 min walk.

The hotel room was quite old especially the toilet, the air conditioning like spoil, the hotel breakfast was average, not recommended

The hotel isn't located in the city center, but it's conveniently located for shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only downside is the carpet, which can be irritating.

The hotel has a parking lot in front, making it very convenient for drivers. The check-in staff provided detailed explanations. The room was very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, a TOTO bidet, and Italian Allegrini shampoo and body wash. The room light switches were touch-sensitive. Breakfast was buffet-style, featuring local chicken rice, noodles, bread, ********* porridge, side dishes, hot dishes, fruit, and a coffee machine, perfect for early risers. Overall, the stay was excellent!

The family room was spacious, with two queen beds. The hotel staff was friendly and polite, the breakfast had a wide selection, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the hotel's inconvenient transportation; most people needed to take a taxi to get to the train station, high-speed rail station, or Wenhua Road night market area.

Great experience, at the back station, rich breakfast, standard, the overall feeling is great! As soon as you step into the lobby, the simple and stylish design style makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The most amazing thing is their breakfast, which is rich and delicious, and injects full energy into the start of the day. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous, and any questions can be answered quickly.

The downside is that the air-conditioning is not very cool, but after calling the counter, they promptly provided an electric fan, which worked very quickly.

The hotel staff provided good service, the environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was good and delicious, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The hotel felt like home.
