Centro Hotel Reviews

The Centro Tourist Hotel was nice. I chose it because I wanted something relatively close to Camp Carroll. It's about 30-40 min walking and it's also right down the street from the Waegwan Train Station. They have a breakfast buffet for an additional purchase I enjoyed. I liked my stay here

This was my first time seeing a garment sterilizer in a hotel room. Given the hot, humid, and rainy summer weather, being able to sanitize my clothes was a great feature. However, the air conditioning wasn't ideal. It was one of those automatic temperature control systems: if you set it to 26°C, it would switch off once the room reached that temperature, only for it to get hot again shortly after. Setting it to 23°C, however, made it too cold. All my colleagues on this business trip mentioned they couldn't sleep well due to the AC.

The bedding was incredibly uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, the location, the staff's friendliness, and the cleanliness were all top-notch.

Had to stay longer than anticipated because a family member got hospitalized while on vacation. The staff was nothing short of accomodating and helpful when I had to request extension. Also the family suite room is worth every penny! Be sure to check out the resto on the 6th floor!

The value for money is just average.

My travel plans changed, and I contacted them a day in advance to request an early check-out. However, they wouldn't allow it and denied my refund request.

This is an incredible hotel in the Waegwan area!

Great hotel, clean, good facilities (some rooms have a drying closet for clothes), great breakfast.

The accessibility was very good, and it was more comfortable because there were separate buildings A and B. The bedding was clean, and the shower was able to adjust the water pressure and switch to massage mode, which helped relieve fatigue. I am satisfied with the cost-effective hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip to Chilgok with my family. The facilities were clean, the view was great, it was quiet, and I had a really comfortable rest!!! I want to make a reservation again the next time I visit Chilgok^^

The location of the hotel is okay, in a relatively central location. The hotel's breakfast is also good and can fill you up. The room has floor heating and a clothes dryer, which is very nice. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.
