This is a FABULOUS Hotel. The location is fantastic. It is nearby most popular tourist locations. Furthermore, there a nice shopping mall just adjacent to the hotel with reasonable prices. The restaurants near the hotel serve delicious dishes n of course hot pots😊 The staffs at the hotel were super friendly. They helped us with directions, restaurants reservations n collected our purchases from TaoBao. We’ll definitely go back to the City Comfort Inn Jiefangbei Branch. We were so so happy with our stay there. The room is very clean n comfortable. So happy to have found a hotel in Chongqing with a reasonable price n in a fantastic location. We’d like to thank all the staffs in the City Comfort Inn for making our stay there so comfortable. We’d were there for 6 nights n already planning to go back again next year 🤭

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It's a new hotel and spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable, and both the mattress and pillows had just the right level of firmness.

The night shift front desk staff (I only interacted with them, not the day shift) were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They were always ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. However, a side door in the lobby poses a safety hazard; a family member of mine unfortunately fell there. I've already brought this to the attention of the lobby staff and hope they rectify it. Additionally, the hot water pressure in the shower was too low, which made for a poor showering experience. Otherwise, everything was acceptable.

I had a great stay at City Comfort Inn near Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the shopping area, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing.

This is a new boutique hotel within a stone throw from Jefangbei. The subway station is within 2 mins walk across the road. The hotel lobby and guest rooms are at the 3rd floor. Though the room is not very spacious, it is very clean and comfortable. The staffs at the reception are helpful and able to converse in English. You can find good breakfast and coffee at the ground floor.

Located 3rd floor inside a commercial building . Quite difficult to find . At times the taxi driver will mistakenly mistook it with another outlet in jiafangbei. Plus point is there is free self laundry( washing machine and dryer) where u can wash your clothes if you are staying for multiple days

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful and quiet. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the property. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Definitely a five-star experience!

During the trip with Mom and Dad, that shiny clean room was like a small harbor, making our laughter even warmer, and every detail was filled with the warmth of home.

I found this gem of a hotel after researching it online. The environment is good. I booked a smart standard king-size bed room, which was reasonably priced and very cost-effective. The room was exactly like the pictures online. The curly-haired guy at the front desk was very helpful, and the cleaning lady was also very nice.

A very good hotel. The children had a lot of fun. It is very convenient to everywhere. There is a food court downstairs with many delicious foods. It is a hotel worth recommending.

The room is very clean, the equipment is very new, especially the many charging heads are very convenient. It is very close to the Jiefangbei Hongyadong subway station downstairs. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. A big praise!

The location is very central, with the subway entrance just across the street (it's two flights of stairs from Exit C) and convenient access to various attractions! The hotel occupies the entire third floor, with a spacious reception desk, laundry facilities, a gym, and a lounge area. (The lack of breakfast was a bit disappointing, but with so many nearby restaurants, it's not a big deal.) The room was clean and tidy. The twin beds, 1.2 inches wide, were a bit cramped with a baby, but comfortable enough for those who don't demand comfort. Aside from the slightly cold receptionist, it was a good experience overall. I'd definitely consider booking here again!
