Hotel front desk staff 小廖 was very helpful and friendly! We had to catch a flight early in the morning and she helped to arrange for our (free) transport, and helped us pack some light snacks since we were leaving before breakfast hours. Hotel is also convenient, as it is very near to the airport. Room was also spacious, clean and well equipped.

Folks, I absolutely have to recommend this hotel to you! My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is simply unbeatable – incredibly convenient for transportation, with plenty of fantastic food and attractions right around the corner. From the moment I stepped inside, you're greeted by an air of sophistication. The lobby is spacious and bright, with luxurious yet welcoming decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting every guest with a smile and making you instantly feel at home. And the rooms? Simply beyond words! They're incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and so cozy and comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, feeling like you're sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were all high-quality. Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with this stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on future visits to the area. Highly, highly recommend!

The rooms are a good size and come fully equipped, each including a microwave and a mini-fridge. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and varied selection. This Hilton is truly excellent. It boasts a prime location, easily accessible from the airport and with direct subway access. The Yuelai International Convention and Exhibition Center is just a 10-15 minute journey away. Plus, it's right next to Central Park and surrounded by multiple shopping and entertainment districts, making it ideal for both leisure and unwinding. The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. They even offer a complimentary airport shuttle service. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money. Highly recommended – a well-deserved five-star rating!

This stay at Hilton Garden Inn Chongqing Yubei completely won me over! The room was spacious and bright, and the overall ambiance, from the lobby to the room, felt fresh and vibrant. Upon entering, there was a subtle, pleasant aroma, and the room was impeccably clean with ample storage space. The 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views day and night. The room was also fully equipped with smart amenities, and its flexible layout was incredibly practical. The gym and laundry room in the common area were conveniently located next to each other. All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly; the housekeeping attendant even helped me organize my luggage, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The breakfast spread here was extensive, and the Xiaomian (Chongqing noodles) was delicious! They also offered fruits, pastries, and egg roll sandwiches. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I absolutely have to rave about this hidden gem of a hotel! I traveled here with my family, and we chose it based on its positive online reviews. Our actual experience, however, far exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location with beautiful surroundings and fresh air. From our room window, we were treated to stunning views, which instantly brightened our mood.

I genuinely want to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! I was initially hesitant about which hotel to choose, but after checking in, I realized my decision was absolutely brilliant. The hotel boasts a grand and aesthetically pleasing exterior, and stepping into the lobby immediately gives off a luxurious vibe. All the staff are highly professional and treat guests with both politeness and attentiveness. I accidentally left an item in my room. When I called the front desk, they immediately contacted housekeeping, who quickly located it and returned it to me. I was incredibly touched by their efficiency and kindness.

The room was incredibly well-equipped, and the smart devices made the stay much more convenient. For example, the TV's screen casting feature was perfect for catching up on my favorite shows. A mini-fridge was also a welcome addition. The hotel's dining service also deserves a special mention. The Chinese restaurant offered authentic flavors with exquisite presentation. I particularly enjoyed their braised pork – it was perfectly rich without being greasy, truly melting in your mouth.

Having heard the scorching summer heat in Chongqing had subsided, I brought my child to experience this magical 8D city. Upon arrival at the hotel, to our pleasant surprise, there were outdoor stalls selling authentic Chongqing braised specialties and snacks right outside the entrance! My child absolutely loved the egg tarts and char siu pastries! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning was already on upon entry, providing a wonderfully cool and refreshing atmosphere. Seeing we had a child, the housekeeping team even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, making it truly ideal for an extended stay! The commercial street just downstairs from the hotel offers a fantastic variety of authentic Chongqing local dishes, which was incredibly convenient! Loved our stay here, and we'll definitely be back!

I saw that it was relatively close to the airport. I needed to transfer the flight next morning. After checking in, I found that it was a very distinctive hotel. The room was very specious and exquisitely decorated. The service at the front dest No.61 was very attentive and the room type was also very comfortable. The bed was soft and comfortable and comfortable and the sound insulation effect was good. It was great experience. I like the breakfast too. The hotel also had a special pickup and drop off service which was great. I strongly recommend it.
