"the hotel is in the middle of the city. friendly staff, rooms are not too big but clean. comfortable bathroom. nice room view. sunrise is very beautiful. swimming pool available for children. many places to eat and there is a center for typical Bandung souvenirs. room prices are quite affordable. the right choice to stay at the grand pacific hotel."

"The advantage is that it is very close to the Bandung Railway Station. The hotel can provide chartered car service, 750,000 / 12 hours, the price is ok, and the driver is good. The front desk was beautiful on the day we checked in.
The disadvantage is that the hotel facilities are old, the pool gym is also relatively small, a total of 5 floors. In addition to going out to eat also have to walk more than 1 km."

"Nice room, clean spacious, big mattress according to the photo. There is drinking water and one bath soap. There is a hair driver and water heater. The menu at Roku Cafe is delicious and the prices are affordable, like in cafes in general.
The only thing that is a pity is that the AC is not cold in room 622. Suggestion to the manager is to have the AC serviced."

ЗЗояI've never met such a level of service and courtuosness in my life in the hotels. I was permitted to prolong my stay out of checkout time. They helped me with laundry and were willing to provide any service with the highest level of decency.

DDMBDMBStayed here to attend a wedding that was being held at the hotel, all in all happy with rooms and service but to be honest there are better options that have better breakfast and rooms for a better price, if it wasn’t for the wedding I wouldn’t stay here again

IIRENE MATIUSI recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be very strategic. It's surrounded by many eateries, a 24-hour convenience store, and even a motorcycle rental service, making it very convenient for travelers. The price is also very reasonable, offering great value for what you pay.
However, there are a few downsides. There was no hairdryer in the room, which would have been a nice addition. If you need to iron your clothes, you have to go to the ironing room on level 2, which is a bit inconvenient.
Parking is limited, so it can be a bit challenging to find a spot, especially during busy times. A particularly bad experience I had was when our motorcycle was moved to the organic waste area. I'm unsure if it was the staff or another guest who moved it, but this is a serious issue that needs attention. The staff should be more alert and careful to prevent such incidents, as it was an unpleasant experience.
Overall, the hotel is decent, but there are some areas that need improvement, especially regarding staff attention and facilities.

SSiva maxEverything are very fine about this hotel... Only need to cross the road when came out from station bandung.Clean and really friendly staff.... The only thing need to change is the breakfast choices... almost same items when we stay here for 3 days but if we came back to bandung again... 100% we will book this hotel again ...
