"The hotel is very central a short walk to everything. The room was clean and the bed was excellent, I liked the expensive fresh sheets changed daily. The breakfast menu was good and omelettes could be ordered. The restaurant at night was okay though unfortunately the western menu items were not available on the night we dined."

"One earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not. I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem. Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use. Staff is always very accommodating. I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved."

"I often stay at Aston Inn when I visit Cilacap. I like being close to the center of the city without being close to the noise and congestion that is part of the city center. I like having a restaurant in the hotel, and I appreciate the help offered me by the hotel employees. I appreciate having a refrigerator (a small one) in my hotel room. And I especially like having water available that is BPA free, located in the hall area near the rooms. It pleases me that the hotel cares about not contributing to the pollution created by plastic bottle waste. A glass container is available in the rooms to obtain cold or hot water. I plan to continue staying at Aston when I am in Cilacap."

"One of the best hotel in Cilacap Location is also great cause it’s not far from minimarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. But you have to understand that Cilacap is a small town in Indonesia so the hotel standard is different than those in the big cities."

For other things, I can get a notice because I can get a cheap price again, only the room I got the air conditioner is not cold, only the wind, I see that the air conditioner is indeed old. My suggestion to the hotel, for room 011, change the air conditioner to a new one Because it has been repaired, it doesn't seem to be useless. Others I'm still ok with the cheap price I get."
