Good hotel, very nice staff with strongly support. Will book again

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The room is large, clean and newly decorated, with constant temperature air conditioning, wet and dry separation, and smart toilet with washlet. It is very convenient to drive to the urban area of ​​Cixi, surrounding Cicheng, Minghe Ancient Town, Wulei Mountain, Shanglin Lake, etc. There is also a NIO battery swapping station downstairs of the hotel, which is very friendly to us NIO car owners. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and parking is very convenient. It is a great experience to bring parents and children to visit Cixi.

從普陀山回上海，途徑慈溪，想着隨便逛逛，於是看着綜合評分選了這家酒店。 位置：自駕，跟着導航走，沒有彎彎繞繞，很順利就找到了。有自己的停車場，很方便，出入提前和前台説，掃個碼24小時免費。 住宿環境：很不錯，房間挺大氣，超級喜歡屋裡的那個凳子，詳見圖六哈哈，很有特色，關鍵坐上去很舒服。衞生間和淋浴間是分開的，乾濕分離，智能馬桶，沖洗很舒服。衞生細節也很到位。不過導覽牌上寫着三樓羽毛球館，已經沒有了，可以及時修改貼了。五樓的健身房沒有空調，運動了10來分鐘實在受不了撤了。 服務：在入住前就接到酒店的電話，問我何時能到，很貼心的在這麼炎熱的天氣，提前打開房間的空調，讓我們覺得沒那麼悶熱。入住的過程也很順利，前台一個戴眼鏡的小佳姑娘第一時間是送上了水，給小朋友入住的小禮物，娃很開心。想出門逛逛附近的特色，她也是貼心給我輸入目的地。出入的時候因為天氣炎熱，問前台要冰的可樂都是大方的給。臨走的時候前台一個小宋的帥哥主動貼心拿給我們冰的礦泉水路上喝。但是也有一些小插曲，由於在普陀山住的民宿沒有洗衣服服務，於是堆積了一堆衣服需要洗和烘乾。在衣服還沒有烘乾的情況下，就不知道被誰拿出來了，烘別人的衣服。然後我的衣服就是潮乎乎的放在洗衣簍裏。最後還是自己解決了。 早餐：訂的是含早的，8點左右去的，品種涵蓋了中西。麪條餛飩粥，麪包咖啡。補貨很及時，味道也很不錯，比起在普陀山一言難盡的吃食，這裏給了我很多安慰。 總體很不錯，值得推薦。

因為車子要充電選擇了這家店，酒店非常大，停車位充足，旁邊吃飯水果店都有。前台服務態度非常大，還送了一些小禮品，都是很貼心的禮物！早餐也非常棒，我需要晚點退房，酒店前台也是很爽快的答應了真的很不錯，外賣也是機器人送上來。下次再來寧波還是會選擇這家！
