GGuest UserI booked this hotel while on the road and when I arrived the front desk attendant did not have my reservation and suggested that I should go get something to eat as third party bookings can take up to two hours. I offered my credit card so that I could check in, but he refused that saying it would cause a double billing. A few minutes later he said the reservation had arrived from Shanghai
