"The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Korma Railway Station. The service staff were very good and were willing to repeat the instructions in English despite sometimes being unable to communicate in French. Finally, there are many items to choose from for buffet breakfast, and you should not get tired of eating during the roughly 2-3 days of stay."
"The hotel is located on a quiet street, only ten minutes away from the scenic cruise ship terminal. The room is large, the bathroom is completely separated into two rooms, and the hydrotherapy shower is the first time I have seen it. The cross-flowing water soothes the head and shoulders. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service staff at the front desk and the restaurant are very good. We spent three pleasant days here."
"Strategically located just opposite the train station and a bicycle rental shop, the hotel offers convenient facilities for luggage storage. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, though it would have been better with air conditioning. Fortunately, the kind housekeeping lady did her best to find a fan for me."

"#Praise# Satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, staff attitude, bathroom, adjacent store; We booked a quadruple room for two big and two small, and we checked in at the front desk of the hotel and smiled politely to make up the difference for one person. The husband also smiled politely to the end. Later, he didn't make up a penny. The room was not big, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep. After a whole day, I slept in this bed. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here. After all, Colmar is enough to play for a day. If there is no car, it is not recommended to live here."
"We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar."
"The location of this hotel is very good. In the old block where the cruise train must pass, on the banks of the Rock River, the scenery along the coast is also unique. The Michelin restaurant is listed, and everything is very good. The house is also very characteristic."
"This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Feel the experience of fried chicken sticks! The location is not far from the entrance to the Old Town of Colmar!"
"Very warm family hotel, hotel facilities are also good, when we left the store, we called the beauty boss to help us call the taxi. As a result, she didn’t have it. She told her father, the hotel founder, to drive us to the train station. Very touched! Next time you come to Colmar, you will definitely choose here again."
"The hotel is very special, the location is very convenient, there is everything to go out, but the parking wife is difficult! There is no parking lot, the nearby parking lot is too difficult to open, and the room is super small, the bed is small, can not turn over, the view outside the window is not bad."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel! The overall design and atmosphere are great! I really like the setting of the lobby ~ modern and trendy ~ and Colma is also cute and retro! The room was very comfortable. The toiletries are all excellent Guerlain. The service is also very nice. Among them, my mother and I both felt that the shower was really super cool (I really want to know the brand 😂 I also had breakfast in a Michelin restaurant~ It would be better if it could be richer!
FFF890Very convenient location close to highway and only 10 minutes from Colmar centre. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable, not many options from breakfast but still good. Definitely recommended for a visit to Colmar
GGabrielaSCosy and nice hotel, with nice decorated rooms, very close to Colmar historical center (walk distance) and Colmar's train station. A typical french hotel, it offers good breakfast, and hot drinks during your stay. Very nice staff. A great option for a trip in Colmar!
GGuest UserThe soundproofing is very poor! ! ! ! There is a train station opposite, and the frequency of Colmar trains is very frequent! ! ! ! At night, you can hear indescribable noises coming from upstairs 🙄 The front desk has a cold attitude and requires passengers to return the keys every time they go out. When they come back, they have to get the keys from the front desk to enter the door...
OOikoroIt's a little far from the station, but I had a backpack so I walked there. It felt like a walk and there was no problem, but with a suitcase it might be a bit far. It was close to the old town and in a good location it was quiet. The room was spacious enough but it felt like an attic and it felt cramped. There was a bakery right next door so breakfast was no problem.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts very friendly and courteous staff.
The lobby is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking into Colmar's city center. There are recommended restaurants and shops nearby. Free parking is also available nearby.
We didn't use the hotel's pool or fitness room.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above reception. The room was clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling.
Unfortunately, the poor quality and dilapidated condition of the furniture are immediately noticeable. There's hardly a piece of furniture that doesn't rattle, wobble, or even fall apart. The walls and curtains are also covered in black stains and streaks. I always find this a shame, and it diminishes the feel-good factor for me.
We slept well in our bed. We found the hotel quiet and weren't disturbed.
The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, bright, and well-equipped. However, when fully booked, it gets really cramped, in my opinion.
The staff was very present and quick to clear, clean, and refill the buffet. Everything was still there even in the last half hour.
We found the breakfast delicious and there was a sufficient selection. The croissants, bread, and pancakes were very good. There was also delicious cheese, a selection of sausages, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Many different sweet and savory spreads. Finally, there were various cereal ingredients, a good fully automatic coffee machine, and excellent orange juice.
Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
All in all, a great hotel, apart from the lackluster furnishings.
LLiudmila_khЗамечательный отель! Близко к центру и основным достопримечательностям, при этом вечером не шумно от музыки в центре.
Номер отличный, вид потрясающий, персонал приветливый и учтивый.
Отель рекомендую
LLeila_KAYAThe room is generally hygienic, the home is old, not so clean, but it’s okay to live for a day.
The room is quite large. The kitchen utensils are basically everything. There is a balcony that is not bad, but there are several problems. Friends who mind should pay attention:
The front desk said that they are not hotels, so if you need cleaning service, you have to charge separately (15 euros/person). Otherwise, no one cleans the room. You have to throw the garbage yourself. The garbage bag is also charged for one more.
In addition, the sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases in the room are to be laid by yourself. They will be provided but will not be laid for you.
The location is not bad. It is not in the small town of Colma, but it is not far from the distance. It is 700 meters to 1 km to enter the town. It is close to the Colma Railway Station. It is about 600 meters away. It should be very quiet around the local residents.
We were lucky to meet a particularly beautiful evening, and the whole neighborhood was like the evening in Pixar animation, all wrapped in a golden pink, and art came from life.
Service is OK, the front desk can be English
If you want to visit the small town around Colmar, it is recommended not to spend 26 euros on the roundabout bus. It is very bad because the bus is basically 1 hour to 1 hour and a half per stop. There is only one bus. The car is very small. Once the full staff can't get on, you have to wait for the next bus. There is no extra car service. The most important thing is that it is actually The bus can reach the surrounding towns. The fare is 1.5 Europe/person. The price is super high. You can go to whichever you want.
Colma and the surrounding towns are still beautiful. It is worth visiting. It is also a shooting place in the Chinese restaurant.
VVan°It's very close to the town of Colmar, and there are a lot of parking spaces. The only downside is that it's the first time I travel to Europe. I don't know that I need to pay taxes on the spot. The service staff's English is not very good, and it took a long time to check in
GGuest UserAbout 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained.
