Location was good, everything was close by or within an ok walking distance, rooms are very small and beds are not brilliant feels like a cheap mattress with a topper chucked on top could feel where previous people had slept with the dents in the mattress, shower n toilet area very small but to be fair it was ok for the few nights we was there, few black hairs on the bathroom floor if i was to be picky but overall not a bad place

The location slightly far from the central station and other sightseeing , yet it walkable . There is a tram station infront Of this hotel which will be handy if someone don’t wish to walk much .

we need to be near the center of Koln.there were two kind of staffs in the hotel office.very nice men and girls working there.nice experience

Clean but rooms very small

Hotel wasn't great, the room was too small especially the toile and bathroom. Location was good .

Clean, good location and decent enough especially for the price. Easy check in and check out, and accessible to loads of areas.

Small but efficient, nice bed, good amenities, nice in the centre of Köln, but very affordable still.

Location was ok, but the service was bad. Front desk staff made you waited for very long during check in process.

Clean, near plenty of public transportation so it’s easy to get around. Parking is really good here too, it’s off the street and cheap!

Stayed for two nights. Easy to get around. Close to all amenities, lots of restaurants with different cuisines in the area. Small room with double bed nicely decorated and comfortable enough unspite of little closet space. Clean. There are no shower cup, and just soap for all your body parts, including hair. The staff provided me with a kettle upon requst, so I could have a cup of tea in my room. Continental breakfast is very satisfying. And this hotel has the best cappuccino in Koeln.

If you are planning to visit the city Center is not well located. The evening team (a lady) was really friendly and helpful. The morning team, a couple of gents were not, they seemed like they did not want to attend us.

It is convenient to go to the exhibition hall and close to the cathedral. There is a lidl supermarket next to it. It is quite convenient to buy things. It is also very close to the subway. The only drawback is that it is too small, too small, too small. The room is pitifully small.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the front desk service is poor, especially when checking in, the front desk staff looked unhappy, and it took a long time to check in
