"Be very aware when booking this park. July school holidays, several of my family came down with COVID several days before our planned camping ski trip.. All other costs associated with our ski trip have been held as credits for future use, however,Kosciuszko Tourist Park, even though peak holiday season being fully booked out, having no doubt they would have double booked our site, refused to allow us to at least reschedule our booking. To add insult, without us knowing they automatically debited our credit card for the remaining balance for the booking. I feel like we were kicked when already down. Be very aware of the fine print when making a booking with them and understand that once they have your credit card details they will happily ensure they are fully paid even during these difficult times with COVID."
