"Everything was amazing!! Kind staff, nice clean rooms with everything you may need during your stay (toiletries, hair dryer, clothing iron, water boiler....). Breakfast was very tasty, they even provide you with grab&go bags for food. Even though the hotel is quite far from central London, it is very well connected with a railway so the location itself isn't that much of a problem. Incredible value for the price, I am genuinely impressed."

"Stayed here again. Love everything here in the Leonardo. Great location a few minutes walk down from the station. A short walk into town. Staff are always great there, rooms are always clean and tidy. Beds always super comfy"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the train station, which provides excellent access to London and its surrounding areas. (A helpful tip for travelers: train tickets booked via Ctrip often come with a discount.) The hotel service was outstanding, and our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. It's truly an ideal accommodation choice for London."

"The very small is just was it says on the tin, note there’s no AC just a desk fan and the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV so if you love relaxing to Netflix in the evening take your fire stick with you.
Mobile network isn’t the greatest so connect to the hotel’s wifi. Staff are attentive and very friendly, making sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of."

"Shadian has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and many Arabic delicacies in 10 minutes' walk. London Bridge is 15 minutes away by train. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and has many varieties. The staff in Shadian are friendly."

GGuest UserThe hotel room is moderately spaced, the hotel is halfway up the mountain, quiet and good environment. The hotel's bedding is very comfortable and especially sleep-friendly. The hotel is far from the bus station and the MRT station, and the excessive luggage should be particularly cautious.

GGuest UserThere were three of us in the room, which was very comfortable, and the extra bed was only 10 pounds. There are many choices for dinner, including steak, which tastes very good! Service is nice. 18 holes of golf + club rental = 31 pounds. It will definitely get dark at 4:30. It is recommended to use colored balls from 4 to 4:30, otherwise you will not be able to find the ball.

Ssk odeMy choice of hotel when in London, close to loads of restaurants. There is a gym 2 minutes away , and kiddies play gym for the grandchildren when they come around. Parking is free for 72 hours for a hotel stay. Would have been perfect if there was a fridge in the room. Other than that comfortable stay.

GGuest UserRoom is very clean in general. There’s some smell in the washroom but they have air freshener for us to use there, so it’s still ok. Remember to book carpark in advance coz there’s not much car spaces. You can still park on the street but will need to pick up car early in the morning. Photos show the breakfast, it’s being served whole day from morning till night. Recommend this hotel to travellers who need car space and laundry, very convenient and cost effective.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, the hotel is very, very good and very clean. However, the first Thai food is at least difficult to drink in Dongyin Gong soup. The shrimp is very fishy, like brushing pot water.

Only thing we didn't like was the central air conditioner/heating. We were not able to adjust to the temperature we preferred

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful. There are bus stops and a train station within a few minutes walk and has free parking for a few cars. There's kitchen facilities available for use and free WiFi.
The place is very dated and in need of decoration. The baths are stained with a shower head coming of the taps that has no pressure.
For the price charged I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but this was value for money.
