"Unfortunately, the coffee machine and the television didn't work (there were only about 4 channels on the TV that worked). A new coffee machine was finally brought to the room after hours. There should be an extra charge for extra pillows and towels???!!!!! Absolute no go. The SPA was unfortunately very disappointing. The water in the pool was extremely cold (the thermometer showed 28 degrees) and in the sauna and steam bath there was a very unpleasant smell of urine. The breakfast buffet was fine in itself, the food was just very cold (cold eggs, pancakes, bacon)"

"I can only recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Davos. The location is super central, you only need a few minutes from Davos Platz to get there. The staff is really very friendly and helpful (especially Carla from the reception) and also the staff from the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are a little narrow, the terrace is very spacious and on the south side, we got great sun. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and left nothing to be desired."

"We can recommend the hotel Waldhouse the warmest. We were very friendly, had a beautiful, clean and maintained room. The Spa area is large, top-modern and excellently equipped. Breakfast buffet was also top. The hotel is free of charge from the train station and to the train station. Price-performance ratio is absolutely true. We are happy to come back!"

"Geografisch top gelegen. Unterhalb des Hotels 2 schöne, saubere Parkanlagen. Davos Feuerwerksverbot, was wir suchten. Meine Hündin war somit ganz entspannt. Ohne zu fragen, kam ein Angestellter mit einem grossen, dicken Kissen und 2 Hundenäpfe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Joao von der Reception, ein sehr hilfsbereiter, herzlicher und toller Mensch (die anderen Mitarbeiter an der Reception kühl). Romina der strahlende Sonnenschein im Service, voller Empathie und professioneller. Auch das Zimmermädchen Gracia-Maria eine wunderbare, tierliebende Frau! Die Zimmer sind alt, jedoch haben alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten. Gutes Bett! Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist sehr teuer und eher kleine Portionen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, ab 3 Nächte gratis .Zimmer 345."

"They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!"

"Friendly staff. Beautiful sauna area with rest room and shower. Great breakfast room. Beautiful separate restaurant. Price/performance: too high price for rooms. No radio or bluetooth speaker in the room. I missed. There would be beautiful design radios, speakers where to pass into the room like ”Ruark Audio”."

"I have stayed in this hotel at least 7 or 8 times. I go skiing in the same hotel every year, so I know a lot of the staff. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel facilities and facilities are great. The only downside is that the restaurant is so average. It has not improved over the years."
