"The stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, comfortable beds and warm and thoughtful service staff. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, very suitable for leisure and vacation. I will choose here next time."
"This was a great stay for a great price. The only complaint that I have is that the housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room thoroughly before we checked in because I found an empty water bottle under the couch within an hour of our arrival. I Always prefer staying at Embassy Hotels because of the hot breakfast & evening reception. Of course because of COVID, there was only a grab & go breakfast plus the evening reception was nothing like the “pre-COVID” days. We were offered only 2 canned beers/piece plus a bag of chips. I understand why things are the way they are. I felt that this hotel was definitely on top of providing sanitation items like wipes at the elevators and hand sanitizer throughout the common areas. They tried to prevent families from gathering in common areas because they weren’t wearing masks but they still managed to do it. There were some very inconsiderate people there but that’s not a reflection on the hotel. I would definitely stay here again because the area was very quiet and the hotel was really nice. "
"Room was comfortable and clean. Problem was at check in.. stood there for several minutes while the desk clerk watched the Celtics/Miami game in the lobby. He definitely saw me come in as he was sitting in the lobby. Didn’t get any warm fuzzies from him when he finally got up from the game.
Breakfast was bad.. coffee was horrible , I got the last cold stale biscuit and it was only 6:30 am ,
b fast started at 6. Took almost 25 minutes to get new batch out. Check out wasn’t much better than check in.. At least they were professionally dressed. Had wrong email address somehow and haven’t received my email receipt yet so they must have made a typo when putting the correct one in."
"The hotel service is very good, it looks relatively new and modern, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. In the past, the price of living was just affordable, and breakfast was included, and the place for fitness and swimming was very good."
"Columbus is a small city in the central region, and most hotels are small and unpretentious. The three of us stayed in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a small kitchen cabinet + island, suitable for a family of 3-4 people for 1-3 nights. There is a small counter on the first floor selling water all day, and free parking. It was disappointing that the service staff did not clean the room or add bottled water during the four days we stayed."
"I don't think it's been that long since this place opened. The parking lot will be in a multi-story parking lot about 1 minute away. The room is perfect. The shower was clean and there was no problem with the water coming out. Breakfast is abundant and everything is delicious. It's a little expensive, but you can spend your time comfortably."

PPhaydThe location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.
GGuest UserI booked a twin room, but when I checked in, it was said that there was no twin bed, and I was given a double bed + sofa. I asked Ctrip to coordinate before changing back to the twin room. The mood of traveling suddenly becomes unpleasant.
GGuest UserStaff was friendly. Coffee was good. Room: Sheets and towels were clean. carpet was Very dirty. Drapes were dirty with stains on them. Shower wall had someone’s black grease hand print on it. Overall, this hotel was just “ok”.
Price was nearly double because of a “Big 10” football game (OSU vs Penn State).
Manager offered to adjust pricing but could not because we booked thru an outside source, Trip.com.
