"I have to small kidds no beds for kidds i book family room they give us to single metress on floor with small double bed also heating doesn't work atall wake up middle of the night because my son wake me up he feel so.much cold i went out to ask then if they have small heater to warm up my room they should not give me that kind of room with kidds very disappointing won't stay there again"

"nice hotel The little sister at the front desk has a sweet smile room hygiene enough space The air conditioner is not turned on and it is very warm. I don't understand where the heat comes from? "The owner was very nice and reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night. The fly in the ointment is that our two families booked two separate rooms. After the room introduction and reservation, they did not say that they wanted to share a bathroom. This is not the goods, and it is not our original intention, because we don't mind using a little more money to live in a better hotel. I hope Trip.com will write clearly in the future that the accommodation will not provide."
