"Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"

"Stayed here several times before & was never disappointed. I stayed for 3 nights this time, great location near to the town centre, shopping mall, restaurants & the Watford Junction train station is just a few minutes walk away. Direct trains to London city centre & many more routes to other major hubs. Staff are friendly & welcoming, room was very clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit, would highly recommend."

"Service rubbish. Wasn't greeted upon arrival on check in. Book breakfast with my room and got told that it wasn't there. Had to contact trip.com several times even tho it wasn't a fault on their part. Trip.com had tried to call the hotel several times and send emailes over the course of three hours to which the miserable woman on reception hadn't responded to. Eventually when I went to reception she originally refused to speak to trip.com as I had them on the phone. The attitude I was met with stunk. Her response was well you didn't book it direct through marriot bonvoy so it's not my problem. Them had issues with the ac, was constantly blowing out hot air even on 15 degrees. Got told there wasn't any fans in the hotel apparently! Eventually moved rooms at 1.20am which was unnecessary and could be avoided if the air conditioning had been checked prior to arrival... seems like the room I was in wasn't the only one with issues clearly. Overall not a nice stay and not worth the money with the issues encountered"

"Bring along bike chain but No handle / hook to lock the luggage case . Everyone just left luggage case on the floor. I felt unsafe and no lock of the door. I didn’t stay and left the capsule hostel."

"A 4* Holiday Inn Hotel in Shepperton (Surrey).Prime location for staying at this hotel is Legoland. You would require a vehicle to this hotel. It has lots of open space outside to spend your time with family and friends. Excellent clean rooms, buffet breakfast, (7am -1100 am) and Leisure Facilities (0700 am -2000 am) jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, steam room. There is a Swan Sanctuary near the hotel. You need to pay for parking but, if you are a IHG Member ask them to waiver the parking at the Front Desk. We loved staying at this hotel."
