Lovely building in an ideal location. However, the staff didn’t seem to care about serving guests. Little things were missing, e.g., glasses in the room, marmalade at breakfast. Won’t be staying there again.

Lovely building in a great location close to the West end. Very spacious. Room furniture was tired and needs a clean. Bin hadn't been emptied. Breakfast was just ok. Little things like emptying bins and toast being forgotten didn't spoil our overall enjoyment. Will definitely stay again.

We love the spectacular view looking out from our window over at Dean's Village. I feel really grateful to come back to the hotel knowing that there's a hot drink machine at the lobby (the temperature was -2 Degree Celcius) waiting for us. The one thing that totally put us off is the faulty service lift. We stayed on the third floor and we had to carry our luggage all the way up after a long travel from London. The hotel has only one staff at the reception and he told us that other staff had called in sick and there was no one that could help with the luggage. The breakfast was so-so too. The heater was working fine but if we turned it up a little, we could hear noises coming out from the heater. Overall, an average stay.

Clean and warm. The staff was attwntive and friendly. Breakfast is homemade from a menu each morning and quite good. They have a cozy bar attached to the lobby for guests and a traditional style library thats open 24 hours for guests. Wifi worked well too. Definitely recommending again and will be referring my brother to stay here.

The fact that the elevator was out of order for the entire duration of our stay was manageable. However, one day only a limited and disappointing breakfast was offered. And the staff wasn't very accommodating. A shame.

It's hard to believe that the hotel is so cheap next to a consulate. There is also a private library on the first floor. It is suitable for both accommodation and vacation.

The building is very beautiful and well located.
Breakfast is good and the service is pleasant.
The receptionist, a woman, was cold and unhelpful.
The room is a decent size, but the skylight (standard room, 4th floor) is single-glazed and made of wood! It was impossible to sleep for three nights because of the wind and rain on the window. Luckily, we had earplugs, but we could still hear everything! €680 for three nights of not sleeping properly... I don't know what the rooms on the lower floors are like, but I don't recommend this one.
The bathroom is outdated. The old-fashioned faucets without mixer taps are impractical.

The hotel lobby is decorated in a vintage style and offers free coffee and tea. The room facilities are very simple, there are no shoe racks, toothbrushes, or towel racks, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only thing is the delicious breakfast

Although we were put in the basement as the upstairs was fully booked, the room was spacious and clean. The staff are very responsive, responsive and very friendly! We were in a hurry in the morning, so we couldn't enjoy the rich breakfast slowly. After communicating with the restaurant staff, they helped us prepare the packaged food within five minutes. The delicious breakfast and caring and lovely staff are definitely the characteristics of this hotel highlights

The hotel is located in the West End area, which is the consulate area. There are several nice hotels in the area, all with very similar buildings, and the B&B is one of them that is very cozy. The reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was not too big or too small, with beautiful lattice windows. There is a small library in the hotel (pictures 2 and 3), which is elegantly decorated, quiet and comfortable. There are many restaurants to choose from within 500 meters. The hotel's breakfast area is not big, but very cozy. The B&B is not far from the Licorice Market Railway Station (Figure 1), and there are bus and long-distance bus stations nearby, so the transportation is convenient. Suitable for parents and children, business trips, especially for sightseeing guests. recommend!
