"Very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with all utilities needed for cooking, and if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants available within a 10-15min walking distance. It's also just about a 20 minutes walk away from Lago Argentino. Definitely recommend this place!
Extra ♥️: if you don't book breakfast, you can still grab a complimentary coffee and there is refreshing filtered lemon/mint water available all day :)"
"Front desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful. She explained everything clearly. The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs."
"I stayed here to visit Moreno Glacier. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's not too far and within walking distance. It's also within walking distance from the terminal. The view is amazing, it's clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I'd definitely stay again."
"All perfect! We were very well received by the Danny and Elen couple, they provided great city tips and tours. They were hospitality. Good morning coffee and impeccable cleaning. Super recommend hosting at Hostel Danny. Sure if I'll return to El Calafat one day we'll be hosted again at Hostel Danny."
"The location is very good, five minutes walk from the main street and supermarket. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are a bit old but the function is normal. Public spaces such as the lobby are well planned"
"Overall everything is good. A little away from the center, we had 2 window rooms coming out to the wall and on what buildings. One room was very dark and with a small window. The shower barely worked. The room smelled paint. Overall everything is not bad, I won't go for the second time. Breakfast is normal, everything in small plates that ends needs to be asked. Bring."
"We liked that the hotel was quiet and clean. The stuff was nice and helpful. Good walk to the center of Calafate town (15-20 min) or a 5 min taxi ride. The room and breakfast room were bright and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast as well."
"The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. There is a breakfast and kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The restaurant is large and the public area is spacious. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the Hostal to the city center."
"The breakfast is particularly good, with rich and complete varieties, and rich in variety, which is the ceiling of breakfast in hotels of the same level."

Amazing
CChina livingMy stay was wonderful. I arrived early morning. I was greeted by two of the hosts, who were welcoming and friendly. I was offered coffee and breakfast straight away. The hotel was clean and in the centre of town. The only complaint is that the hotel did not respond to messages before arriving regarding airport pickup.
曽曽小姐It is about 10 minutes away from Main Street and not easy to find the way without a map. However the view from the big balcony of the lobby is very awesome and let everyone relaxing. There is 180 degree view facing the town of El Calafate with nice shading of sunrise and sunset. The staff of front desk is helpful in advising local tour and arranging shuttle bus to airport. The staff of restaurant is nice to explain the menu n Spanish while I can speak in English only.
GGuest UserFor any solo or couple travelers this is an amazing place. Featuring a hot and I do mean hot room for those windy rainy cold days in El Calafate. Bathroom was fitted with a standing shower, toilet, sink area and dryer. Plenty of mercados (grocery stores) around and the center just a 10-15minute walk down the hill.
GGuest UserI was stay here 4 night with single room
Single room is very good to me
I can cook in the kitchen for 24h

CChloeHotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect, the restaurant tastes good, and the breakfast is particularly rich. The gym is a bit smaller, after all, it is a hotel not a big hotel, it is acceptable.

The overall satisfaction with the hotel is high. The room is spacious, the location is convenient, and the owner and his wife are very friendly and well-organized, creating a homely feeling. The owner feels like an Oppa
AAnonymous UserIt has an amazing lake view, but a bit further from the center which makes it a bit hard to walk back and forth to eat etc but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect.
Lucia at the front desk is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need about the places you want to visit.
It’s clean and comfy.
Only there is no hairdryer and also it can be a bit noisy if you face the road from passing motorcycles at night, but that’s only an issue for light sleepers like me, while my friend was not affected at all.
Overall worth the stay and a good spot to use as your base.
JJayyy3126Great place. Just that it’s really out of town and you have to get a taxi to get to town or walk like 30 mins which is not so bad but when it’s cold it’s another issue. But it’s right next to Lake Argentino with great views. Great staff very helpful and a simple breakfast every morning. Great place overall.
SSuiyixingThe hotel is a log cabin with plenty of hot water. When it is heated, the floor is heated and you need to manually adjust the control switch next to the sink. The breakfast is good and mate tea is also provided. The best thing is that the hotel can report various travel routes by itself, which is very convenient.
