"Our family of four stayed in two rooms for two nights. The rooms of our two parents-in-laws were clean and comfortable, but there were dozens of only moving insects and children on the wall of the bed in Room 103 of our two daughters. After complaining, it was New Year’s Eve. At night, the entire hotel room was full and the room could not be changed. The staff was very good. After informing the manager, there were only two plans. The first was to change the hotel, but it was almost 10 o’clock at that time. This plan was not feasible. In addition, the plan could only be changed tomorrow. So at that time, I had to go to bed after changing the sheets and quilts. The next day, my daughter reacted again. It was less than before, but there were still a few bugs, and the sleep was very poor. Before leaving the house early the next morning, the staff had changed a new room for the two women, and the new room was clean and hygienic. We are traveling by car, and the hotel parking lot is free and very convenient. For breakfast, don't have expectations. It is worthy of praise, because the staff is very friendly."

"One of the cheapest hostel options in Luzern, yet also the best. Beautiful common area aside, the bed capsule is one of the comfiest of my 46-day Europe trip. Free huge luggage storage. And the shower facilities are as well-equipped/designed as many Japanese hostel. Location-wise, it’s 1min walk away from bus stop (and few minutes from an awesome glacial museum), super convenient. The only weird thing was the electronic luggage storage failed on me two times, like I couldn’t open it after closing it with the electronic key. One of the times happened past midnight (receptionist had left), leaving me with no toothbrush/facial care to use before sleeping. Not sure what went wrong. But overall I totally enjoyed my stay here. An accommodation option I’d prioritize next time I’m back to Luzern."

Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in! Environment: Overlooking the view of Lake Lucerne Facilities: The bed and pillows in the room are very comfortable and soft"

"First time stay in this new concept capsule hotel with family of four. Surprising good service and amenities exceeded my expectations Toilet and shower room are small but clean. Only minor things is need to pay CHF5 for extra towels, so we only use one tower for our three nights stay Location excellent and easy access by bus Coop nearby & public place to prepare our dinner Cold Sparkling water was a real plus for my family 😂 The locker outside the room is big but you may accidentally locked yourself & not able to open , may be tricky if this happened after office hours😬"

"Added 23 euros at the counter to upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the river. Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type; Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean; Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing; Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements; Overall very satisfied!"

"Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need)."

"It was a great experience to stay here. Location not far away from Luzern train station. Just have to walk across the bridge while enjoying the Chapel Bridge. Then a bit walk along the street and shops to go to this hotel. Excellence service from the front staff. I meet 3 different staffs along the stay and all of them are very nice and helpful. They even gave the map for interesting places around Luzern. 1 lady help us to call our next hotel using her private phone. Appreciate that much. Kettle and microwave can use from Japanese restaurant under the hotel because they work together. Nice experience staying in prison room. They also have free luggage storage room. Would really recommend to stay here.."

"The rooms are simple but clean. Location is good, walking distance to many key places like train station, piers, old town, etc. Though we didn't book our rooms with breakfast, we could help ourselves with the coffee and/or tea provided in the restaurant."
