"It was a very good hotel. Good staff clean rooms and good amenities. Also bus stops are at a 2-3 min walking distance. There a restaurant near by but not many options are available. We did not try food from hotel. Even after you check out you can keep your luggage at reception and explore city without the worry of carrying your bag. Only downside is that, hotel is far from the city centre. There is a direct bus that takes you to the city centre and it takes approximately 40mins reach city centre."

"A very good apartment hotel. The facilities are very new, the decoration is very good, the room is very spacious, especially the kitchen equipment, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, etc. are all available, which is very convenient and you can cook by yourself. It is a little far from the city center, but the train can reach it and it is also close to the airport."

"I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel."

"The hotel information on Trip.com was incorrect. When I arrived, the front desk said that the executive double room did not include a kitchen. The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."

"Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular."
