"From the hospitality to the cleaning to the service, it was excellent and better than expected for the price. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower in my room was so weak that it was almost unusable. It was a bit disappointing as everything else was perfect. However, there was a large public bath and even including the shower, it was a very nice ryokan! Thank you very much."

"The hotel was reserved for a travel agency that we used for a tour. The entrance was decorated with a large chandelier and carpets, and William Morris' paintings were used here and there. The rooms were arranged facing a large Japanese garden, giving it the feel of a large Showa-era retro inn. The inn is old, but the amenities, such as the natural hot spring hair dryers and showers, were well-thought-out. The meals were made with local ingredients and were quite filling. After the meal, there was a show and bingo tournament in the lobby, probably because it was reserved for us. We used it as a group, so I don't know how it is for individual guests. However, there was no shop, and there was a corner at the front desk that sold wine and some snacks to have with tea in the room, but there were no vending machines, so we couldn't buy bottled water, and there was no convenience store nearby, so it was inconvenient."

"The room is spacious and clean, with a lot of things provided including the utensils, wine opener and wine glass since it's around the vineyard. The self check-in is easy, and it's quiet. The downside was the aircond is too hot especially during summer time, as it was set on energy saving mode and the aircond will always goes back to 25 degree even though you have set it at 21 degree before sleep. The duvet is too thick for 25 degree aircond. And the room is a bit dark especially at the bed area, maybe can add a few more lights. But overall was a good stay."

"I was very satisfied with the meal. The music played on the record player was also wonderful. A dog greeted us. I was very pleased with the hospitality."

Hotel Fuji

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at a hotel close to the station with a shuttle bus, and I was drawn to its large public baths and buffet. The two large public baths were spacious and offered a sense of openness, and each had a jacuzzi. There was also a system of alternating men's and women's baths, so I was able to relax and enjoy them three times: after checking in early, in the evening, and in the morning. I was very satisfied. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and each dish was well-seasoned and delicious. However, despite offering such wonderful food, I felt that it lacked "the small consideration of making it easy for customers to choose (take) and eat." I will write this specifically because I would like improvements to be made so that guests can enjoy their meals more. I would be grateful if you would consider improving even one of these points. 1. Fish and meat dishes are scattered in multiple locations, but it would be better to have clearly defined sections for fish and meat dishes. 2. Each dish looks good, but the plates are too big and too heavy (it's difficult to carry them on a tray). 3. There is no appropriate plate for salad (usually a bowl). There were other dishes besides salad for which I felt there was no appropriate plate. 4. There were about five kinds of jam in jars, but I couldn't find a spoon to take the jam (I had to bring several spoons from another section to get the jam). 5. The inside of the toaster used to warm the breakfast bread was extremely dirty. It hadn't been cleaned. (I didn't feel like warming the bread, so I gave up on eating it). 6. Dinner was good with the "live kitchen," but breakfast consisted mostly of "pre-made" food (perhaps only after 8:20?). It's a shame that they offer such good food but lack a "customer's perspective" on how to eat the food. Judging from the various facilities, it feels like an "old-fashioned banquet inn," but I felt that whether this hotel will still exist in three years will depend on "how much they can incorporate a customer's perspective.""

"The room floor was full of stains. There was no table, but the room had a table due to a Rakuten Travel discount. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep in the twin room. The futon pillow was flat. It was cold. The dinner was okay. Breakfast * grilled food was good. The bath in the room also smelled of sulfur, it was from a hot spring."
