"My husband and I booked this hotel for our first time in Atlanta. We wanted a hotel that was near a bunch of attractions while we were visiting a friend. I had no issues with this hotel except for the fact that when we asked for additional coffee cups and condiments for our room they kept telling us they ran out and couldn't help us. The coffee is supposed to be complimentary, but they kept telling us they would send someone to give us cups but no one ever showed up. Other than that, the room was cozy, nice and perfect for what we wanted. This was my fault, but I ended up picking a twin and we barely fit on the bed, but it was still comfortable.
The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes away from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and The Centennial Olympic Park. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan on seeing any of these or the stadium. Plenty of food nearby too!"
"Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest."
"The hotel is located in the city center, and it is convenient and fast to call a taxi. The exterior style of the house is very special. There is a small courtyard with some American fabric sofas. The environment is very beautiful, the restaurant is very warmly decorated, and the room is also very large!"
"The location is good. It's on the Georgia Tech campus. There's a Starbucks downstairs and the school's bookstore opposite. The room is spacious and clean, and the area is quite large. The decorations inside are all Georgia Tech's logos"
"Exactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall.
However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel."
"One room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him."

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
LLCHLADYThe location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful.
The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own.
The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure.
If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.
QQinianzhiyangThis type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
PPreeti KA night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things
GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.
IInonge ChifukaCustomer care can be better for people travelling from far. Checking in can be adjusted. The food was great. The facilities were great.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
BBeatrixurIt has free connection to the airport. From international arrivals there is a free bus to the domestic flight terminal, where you take the transfer to this hotel. The staff is very nice and they help you with whatever you need. The only worst point is that the rooms are run down and need maintenance.
