Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan

The hotel sent over a very clear and comprehensive guide to all the complimentary facilities (gym, pool, kids' play area, etc.) available to guests, as well as crucial tips for night skiing, even pre-emptively flagging potential pitfalls. Later, when I inquired about the shuttle to Changbaishan Station and the ski slope conditions, Summer replied instantly with answers and even thoughtfully reminded me about bus times and waiting details. Upon arrival, the room temperature was wonderfully comfortable, and the staff service was exceptionally attentive. The entire experience was smooth and flawless. I genuinely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Changbaishan.

From basic information like how to take the airport shuttle and breakfast times, to details such as snow park benefits and shuttle bus schedules, Manager Summer explained everything clearly and even proactively reminded us of important things. Even when I messaged late at night with a question about the airport shuttle, she replied instantly and patiently. The entire communication process was incredibly smooth. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and after checking in, she even followed up to ask about our experience, striving to do even better.

For our ski trip to Changbai Mountain this time, we chose the Jinhua Resort Hotel. A few days before our check-in, Comrade Xiao Xu from the Executive Lounge proactively contacted us, providing all sorts of information and promptly answering our many questions. They even thoughtfully provided hand warmers – the service was excellent! The room had enough space for the kids to play. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, the overall environment is very clean. The cleaning staff were also very considerate, providing extra amenities for the children. The breakfast environment at the Executive Lounge was fantastic; in the morning, we could even watch the hot air balloons being set up, which the kids absolutely loved. They even said they want to stay here again next year for skiing!

The room was very clean and was tidied up every day. The daily children's breakfast was very rich, and everyone ate until they were full. The Wanda ski tickets (for 2 adults and 1 child per night of stay) were a big hit; they didn't want to leave and wished they could come back again. The environment was great and beautiful. Everyone's service was excellent and very enthusiastic. I'd especially like to thank Manager Jason Sui for answering all my questions, from booking the hotel to my arrival and throughout my stay.

We checked in around noon with friends. One of our rooms wasn't ready yet when we arrived, so we had to wait a short while. However, we had already added the manager's contact information beforehand, and they notified us as soon as the room was cleaned, so communication was very timely. The breakfast selection was also rich, and the overall experience was good. The hotel's service was excellent throughout. Whether it was the front desk, or the manager and project lead we dealt with later, everyone's responses were prompt and professional. A special thanks to Manager Jason Sui for providing a lot of help during our stay, which made the entire trip go very smoothly and resulted in a great experience.
