Manager Coco was exceptionally warm and welcoming, even contacting us in advance. Their attentive service made us feel truly cared for. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a real home-away-from-home feeling. The resort boasted a rich array of activities, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking, making it fantastic value for money! The Yuanxiang Lake Restaurant served delicious food, and dining al fresco with a view of Changbai Mountain was a particularly delightful experience.

Our room was exceptionally spacious – a true suite. The living room even had a sofa bed, and the bedroom boasted a huge 2.4m bed. With two bathrooms and two balconies, it was incredibly convenient for drying clothes and felt wonderfully spacious and comfortable, especially for a family with children. The room service was flawless, and every single staff member was incredibly patient, attentive, and friendly. The hotel's environment was truly beautiful; every casual photo we took looked like a picture from a comic book. The shuttle service was also excellent, with two distinct routes. One route covered all the main activity areas like the children's playground, archery and shooting, jungle trekking, go-karts, and the glass skywalk. The other route took us to Meijing Pavilion, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Changbai Mountain. The hotel offered a truly extensive range of complimentary activities and amenities. We spent four full days there and barely had to pay for anything extra. From the moment we woke up, our days were packed with fun: mountain biking, trampolining, the children's playground, archery and shooting, paragliding, and even 'Dah Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks). In the evenings, we relaxed in the hot springs. Although the dining choices weren't super extensive, every restaurant we tried served delicious food. Finally, a huge thank you to Manager Coco. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and always responsive, immediately helping us book and arrange whatever we needed. Our sincerest gratitude! We definitely plan to come back next year (the evenings were around 17°C, wonderfully cool!).

I've been to Changbai Mountain four times in the past two years, and three of those times I stayed at Wanda. This trip, I decided to try out Luneng Swiss. The room was nice and well-equipped, even including an iron and a humidifier. The hot water system was an independent electric heater, which was enough for two people, though the water pressure was just okay. During peak hours, you might need to queue at the entrance for breakfast until staff can guide you in. They had a good variety of options, including some local Northeastern specialties. The shawarma for dinner was a hit with the kids. Honestly, the restaurants in the commercial street looked pretty mediocre. Burger King closes at 9 PM, but you can order through their mini-program on your phone. If you're into off-roading, definitely splurge a bit more to go up the mountain – it's absolutely thrilling!

Huge shoutout to this hotel! The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, the air is wonderfully fresh and cool, making it an absolute paradise for a summer escape. The complimentary activities were fantastic – you'll definitely not run out of things to do! Andy provided incredibly enthusiastic and attentive service; he'd answer any questions instantly and was super reliable. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, the experience was a perfect 10, and I'll certainly be back!

Many thanks to our butler Coco for her warm and attentive service, including a complimentary room upgrade. Our room offered a direct view of the surrounding mountains, and the cabin-style room truly had a charming Swiss ambiance. Traveling with our child this time, the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's breakfast. The breakfast featured local specialties like *niandoubao* (sticky bean buns) and blueberry jam, along with ginseng chicken soup – highly recommended! Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't visit Heaven Lake this time. However, the resort area boasts fresh air and stunning scenery, along with various recreational activities such as ginseng digging and hiking. It's truly a perfect spot for a refreshing and rejuvenating getaway. We'll definitely plan another visit once the Shen-Bai high-speed railway opens.

Bringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍

The two single beds could be pushed together, which was perfectly fine for one adult and two children. The hotel offered plenty of complimentary activities and play areas, making it ideal for kids to enjoy all day. One small piece of feedback: the amenities within the same room type varied. My friend booked the exact same room category and had a sofa and a clothes drying rack, but surprisingly, my room lacked both.

Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Coco was incredibly diligent and responsible. I accidentally left my ring and necklace in the room, but they were found within just ten minutes, and Coco promptly contacted me to arrange their return shipment. I'm truly grateful! Environment: Perfectly family-friendly. Hot Springs: Excellent! Our child had such a wonderful time, they didn't want to leave.

We were upgraded to a spacious suite with two balconies. The Huamei Resort is surrounded by lush greenery and wildflowers, making for a truly beautiful setting. The evening molten iron fireworks display was absolutely stunning, and the hot springs were also good, leaving us very satisfied. It's perfect for families with young children, with plenty of kid-friendly activities. **Pros:** The environment is superb, it's not crowded, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. **Cons:** After some thought, the only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool, a somewhat limited breakfast selection, and only one small supermarket on site, which was a bit pricey.

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my entire Northeast China trip, and the only one that truly gave me that 'vacation' feeling. A solid five-star rating! We even got a room upgrade, and the butler was incredibly responsive – service was excellent! The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Our room package included breakfast for two adults and one child, and the restaurant generously waived the breakfast cost for our child. Overall, we were completely satisfied. The resort boasts beautiful scenery, and we're already planning to return in the autumn.

We stayed at the Swiss Hotel and were upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious, featuring a sofa and a dining table. The hotel is nestled right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, surrounded by lush forests, offering breathtaking green views. The hotel grounds are expansive, requiring a shuttle bus for transport, which runs frequently (every few minutes). There are plenty of on-site activities to keep children entertained. The evening hot springs are located at Club Med, which is also conveniently close to the Swiss Hotel. The only minor drawback was the limited dining options. During our stay, we tried the stewed goose at Yuanxiang restaurant. While prices within the resort were a bit on the higher side, which is often the case, the food was quite delicious.

On my first trip to Changbai Mountain, I wanted a quiet and clean hotel. After looking at options in both the Wanda and Luneng areas, I decided on the Swissôtel Resort! The main hotel building and the annex both have a beautiful setting. The rooms themselves were fully equipped and spotless. Breakfast was pretty good, especially by Northeast China hotel standards. However, some of the advertised perks were only trials and required an additional fee. Feeding the animals at the farm also came with an extra cost. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting both the West and South slopes of Changbai Mountain.

Compared to Hyatt, I found the experience at Luneng much better. Firstly, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy all the complimentary activities provided by the hotel. The children absolutely loved them, and it's very friendly for young children. Secondly, the scenery was excellent. At Hyatt, it was impossible to book any activities, and their resort area isn't as expansive as Luneng's. However, the food quality wasn't as good as at Hyatt. The restaurants in the commercial district were completely deserted; it seemed everyone was dining at the hilltop restaurant. While transportation isn't as convenient as Hyatt's, if you're planning a staycation purely within the hotel, I found the experience truly enjoyable.

Nice, luxury and the scenery is so beautiful. Will come back again.
