"On the first day, I had to wait until 5 o'clock before I could check in. The entire hotel covers a large area and the lobby is very bright. The service is really hard to say. The service staff who cleaned the room didn't seem to understand English very well. There was only coffee on the first day of check-in, and the price was more expensive for 3 people than for 2 people, but only two coffees were given. After cleaning the room, I didn't get coffee either. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. I stayed for 6 days and asked for coffee 3 times at the front desk 😰. There is no kettle or tea. There is a small business district around the hotel, with a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee lunch shop in the business district. There is a magnolia tree at the door, which is very beautiful!"

"A quiet hotel in a quiet village, the rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The breakfast is rather monotonous, and the Chinese stomach can only eat some cold fruits. There is a steak house downstairs that tastes good. There is nothing else to eat nearby, and there are many choices if you drive out for ten minutes. By the way, there are no slippers in this hotel, please bring your own if you need them."

"This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than "protocol". So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate."

"we (family)booked here 2night/3days from canada-US by car travel..long story short but we got problem by the borders between.US/Canada,i cannot inform ahead of time bcoz i don’t even have signal or wifi to use,but when we exit back canada i call to inform the valid reason not to mention here/confidential,but i forwarded to them,i called waiting for pickup/and when pick up by lady rude then transfer call wait again.but still end up nothing..am not asking for full refund i don’t mind charging me for first day/night no didn’t give back any,to hard for them to talk/deal with.no consideration and phone call service very sad to say not happy with it."
