Amazing location just 50m away from Zhongshanba Metro Hotel staffs were helpful and let us check in at 12noon. You can keep luggage in lobby till night. Rooms were worn out. Stains on walls and s toilets. Sad.

It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. We came around midnight due to our flight delayed, and literally, there was no one to help us with our luggage. It was around 3 o clock at night. Then, upon checking in, the A/C wasn't working, and we called 2 3 times, but no one came to help us. It felt we could not breathe, but there was air humifaour, which helped us. There was literally dust, and it felt like the rooms were rotten. Sorry, but with this big brand, the management had to look upon themselves. We checked out and moved to another hotel as we had no intentions of staying there.

Good location but quite old and not well maintained but good for the price so no complaint

Not happy with this branch. I have stayed in other Lavande before and they are much better. This is dirty and everything is old. Location just next to metro no doubt for that.

Reception were friendly the hotel was in a great location. The only downside was the carpet was heavily stained in the room

Near from metro station so easy to go canton fair also near from Arab supermarket and restaurant, cafes Just room service need improve like use hover , clean cups, change sheets , put black tea beside green tea Price reasonable Reception do their best to translate into English
