Hotel is very clean, check-in is smooth. Service is nice & helpful. Facility is nice, there is mini fridge & washing machine. There's also a market near this area, so there are lots of foods options. MRT Station is walking distance, so far very enjoy staying here.

On the night of November 5th, 2025, someone from room 305 upstairs, I don't know where they came from, was making noise and cursing until 4 or 5 am, and I didn't get a good night's sleep. I rarely give bad reviews, but this was absolutely terrible. It was smelly, dirty, and frequented by foreigners. Service: No cleaning, no water provided, and the service was poor. Environment: Basic. Facilities: Unusable; everyone had to bring their own.

To be honest, it used to be okay! But it's been open for about 5 years now! The facilities are a bit outdated! The hotel rooms smelled! This time, they're building a house behind the hotel! Construction started before 8 am! It was impossible to rest! So I checked out after one night!

The hotel was unable to resolve the issue that day, and the solution they offered was to check out in the middle of the night and we had to go out again or endure it for one night. We brought a one-year-old baby with us, and the baby had fallen asleep, but the hotel asked us to check out. It was incomprehensible. I asked for a refund the next day, but the hotel refused. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's near the subway entrance and the intersection of the community. It's easy to find and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and bright, warmly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well.
