The staff is helpful, good service mind, and the room is nice and clean including the maid on 13th floor was kind. and laundry has staff willing to help. I want to stay more days and book in normal room type and the hotel allow we can stay in the same room which is the bigger room that I book in previous booking, and the hotel offer a promotion on breakfast.

The room was clean and lovely, the service was excellent, the facilities were great, and the location was good. I'll definitely be back.

I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities before and have always been impressed by their consistent, reliable quality – they never disappoint. So, when my family and I made a stopover in Guangzhou on our road trip this time, I naturally chose Atour again. We wanted to see the Canton Tower and try Qingchun Pumen, and this particular branch near Tianhe Sports Center came recommended. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with tea. The lovely lady at the front desk noticed I had a child with me and kindly upgraded our room to a higher floor, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The room was exactly Atour's signature minimalist, clean, and fresh style that I love. The bedding, a well-known highlight of Atour, ensured my family had a very comfortable rest. In the evening, the kids happily walked to the Pearl River to see the Canton Tower. Overall, a very satisfying stay! It truly affirmed my continued choice of Atour, and I was certainly not disappointed! 🤩

Facilities: The four-door delivery robot was a first for me and remarkably efficient. Even though the hotel opened in 2016, it's exceptionally well-maintained and feels very new, possibly due to a recent renovation. The TV also supports screen casting. My mom particularly appreciated the abundance and convenience of the power outlets. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job. The room was spotlessly clean. Environment: Despite being close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet and didn't disturb our sleep. The location is very convenient for transportation. Service: The service was excellent. Hot water was readily available at all times. All staff members were professional and enthusiastic in their service. Complimentary late-night congee buffet available. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable. They even offered late-night congee! Every detail showed thoughtfulness and care. It was a truly delightful experience, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

Room is great but nocoffee in the room only tea. We book 2 rooms and our other room smells very moldy so we have to transfer to another room... staff is excellent and helpful. Free laundry and staff will bring to your room upon request. Only location is negative for me kindda far from the shopping mall, you can still walk around 12 to 15 mins in our case we nèed to ride didi bcoz we have elders there is few restaurant around the hotel. 5 mins away there is a 711 beside sofitel

The hotel is just at the sides of the town center, 1km walk from Tiyu Xilu station. Once you get to the metro station, that's where all the malls are: Grandview Mall, Taikoo Hui, Teemall etc. it's a good location. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful as always. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was no fridge in the room but the staff can help with anything requiring cold storage. I chose this hotel based on previous experience with Atour Hotels.

Hygienic and clean, the room has good sound insulation effect, the delivery is very fast, the customer service delivery is very convenient, the room air is fresh and comfortable, the lobby smells of aromatherapy, the aisles are also soundproof, the room is clean, the room is tidy, there are many breakfast categories, the breakfast is colorful, and the front desk service attitude is good.

service is good and attentive, room is spacious and clean. Furthermore, it comes with a simple porridge supper that is nice. Wai mai (food delivery) is easy. The only small review is that it is not directly linked to shopping areas. Closest shopping places, tianhe is about 10-15min walking distance or 2min drives away. But Jam is terrible.

The hotel is located in the newer district of Guangzhou which is close to shopping areas, but unfortunately further from where all the good food are at the older town district. The staff of young people at this hotel were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious with tables and chairs. We appreciate the free nightly supper of simple congee and condiments.

It's a lovely hotel, nearly 100 in all areas!! The taxi cannot park outside, despite the presence of a car park, as it has a bar gate; we have to walk out to the main street. They have light food free of charge from 21:30-23:00 (but near clear instruction....we cannot find it at first and order food delivery....then we check the front desk, then find the food)
