The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large. It’s situated about 12-15 walk to the nearest station. If you rely on public transportation or want food close by, I’m not sure if I can 100% recommend. However, I believe it’s more of a business hotel so keep that in mind.
I’d say the staff wasn’t that friendly but I have pretty low expectations when it comes to service overall.

Been staying here for over 10 years now , 4 times at time per year. Good location lots of restaurants nearby, and shopping mall in front. 1 halal restaurant 2 minutes walk on the left.

The hotel id very recommended as the customer service is high class and they will help you with any problem you may have during your stay. The location of the hotel is idealistic as there are restaurants nearby like the photos we took. The metro station is only around 400 meters away (exit a and c). The hotel room is also upto standard with very good cleaning service. The price is also reasonable!! If we stay in Guangzhou, we'll stay at bill hotel again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. We got there before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly gave us a room to rest in while ours was getting ready — a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel truly taken care of.
Our actual room was incredibly spacious — much larger than your typical hotel room — and beautifully designed. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the impressive amenities: a really cool, high-end hair dryer and even a projector screen that made movie nights in the room feel extra special.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and always professional. They made our entire stay seamless and relaxing.
All in all, this hotel combines excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and generous space — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Very close to local subway.
Excellent receptionists! The receptionists were very helpful and friendly as both my husband and I were unable to order a didi. If we need anything, the receptionists did help me even though they are busy.
Definitely, we are returning in a few days and again in the future.

Great Hotel. Staff are very courteous, cheerful and helpful. We had a great stay in the hotel. the room is big and spacious. Breakfast was great. We tried the dinner buffet and we are satisfied with their seafood buffet at an affordable price. We can see that the hotel is very generous in terms of the food. They gave free breakfast even for 10 yo child and instead of charging the dinner buffet,they gave it for free too. Great value for money. Thou the hotel is a bit far from the city.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The experience was great and I highly recommend it to everyone! First of all, the location is superb. The hotel provides free parking and convenient transportation. There are many delicious restaurants and shopping malls around, which makes it very convenient to go shopping and eat. The hotel's restaurant is also worth mentioning. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes great. The hotel room is also very clean and comfortable. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's service. Every employee is very warm and friendly, which makes people feel very warm. They always take the initiative to ask about my needs and try their best to meet them. It's really considerate! Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will definitely choose this hotel [strong]

The location is unique. It is right inside the botanical garden. There is a special battery car shuttle. You can fully enjoy the morning before tourists arrive and the evening when it gets dark. It is only a two-minute walk from the entrance of the greenhouse group. The room is fully equipped, simple and comfortable, quiet and warm. The breakfast and night snacks are light and exquisite. The housekeeper and service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. A small New Year gift was given before leaving. Thank you very much. The only regret is that the botanical garden tour was suspended during the Spring Festival. Leave a thought for next time to see the different colors of plants in four seasons

I am not afraid to live alone. The boss is very nice and the room is very clean, cleaner than many chain hotels. It is very close to the subway entrance and there are many food downstairs. It is very convenient. I will stay here next time.
