We had one night at this hotel. It was a few steps away from the centre where we needed to before our marathon. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests we had.

They’re kind enough to let us check in early and upgrade our room. The senior reception is trying to sell me some cruise packages. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is good & water temperature is consistent. The location is close to the tourist spots. They helped with collecting my tb parcel. Appreciate their help.

Perfect stay. Lovely staff (Xiao Li). They helped us with directions to find the hotel. We hay a room upgrade for free. Even a gift when we left. The rooms were huge, clean, beautiful. Very good location too. I wish we had booked the li river cruise with them. Breakfast was great too!

They even offered personal assistance to our room and took the time to explain where everything was, so we didn’t have to guess or look around. Great location, conveniently located near Zhengyang pedestrian street and east west street with many food options around. Spacious and clean room. 桂林老东江米粉总店 (guilin rice noodle) recommended by the hotel is very good. A mention to Xiao Li for her kind hospitality.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the Sun and Moon Pagodas and 15 minutes from the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area. This makes it incredibly convenient for guests to explore the city, shop, and sightsee. The hotel's interior is spotless, and upon arrival, we were even offered a refreshing sour plum soup to cool down. The rooms are well-appointed with complete amenities, and I particularly appreciated the separate design of the bedroom and bathroom, which felt both spacious and upscale. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and provided detailed information. During the off-peak season, when rooms are readily available, they even offer complimentary room upgrades. Overall, it was a fantastic accommodation experience.

Not only does it boast an excellent location, with popular attractions like Jingjiang Prince City, Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street, East and West Alleys, and Xiaoyao Tower all within easy reach, but the service is also exceptionally warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every staff member makes you feel well taken care of. What's truly remarkable is that despite being in a bustling city center, the moment you step into the hotel, all the hustle and bustle instantly fades away. This means you can enjoy your daytime explorations to the fullest and then return for a peaceful, good night's sleep. It's truly a rare find! Highly recommended.

The hotel boasts an excellent, central location, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and food streets on foot. The room amenities were decent, and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable; the rice noodles were particularly tasty, and there was a good variety of other dishes. The service was very friendly and attentive; they even offered room delivery and explained the hotel facilities thoroughly. The complimentary iced sour plum drink in the lobby was a delightful welcome.

The service was exceptional – attentive, warm, polite, and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and even the disposable amenities provided were of high quality. We particularly appreciated the dedicated children's area, which was a fantastic touch. The location is superb, offering easy access to all the major attractions, and having a plethora of dining options right downstairs was incredibly convenient. We would definitely book this hotel again if we have the opportunity, as it provides excellent value for money.

Our lively group of 10, consisting of my child and their classmates, visited Guilin. This hotel, conveniently located near Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, was perfect as we could easily walk to the attraction. It also featured laundry facilities, which was great for washing our clothes in the evenings. The kids' play area was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Highly recommended!
