New and Beautiful place with clean environment. friendly and very helpful staff. the location is close to everything. the room is huge , the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. very comfy bed, highly recommended and will come back again

It's pretty good. I didn't expect that Guzhen would have such a high-value five-star hotel. The only problem is that the breakfast variety is too limited.

1. I was given a poorly cleaned room; 2. The fruit they sent me was not washed; 3. The newly renovated room had a strong odor and the materials used were not environmentally friendly. A so-called five-star hotel simply downplayed its own serious work mistakes and gave me a small gift. Do they think that's enough? Sorry, I need a free room! I don't want the gift, I'll just leave it in the room. I'm giving you a negative review!

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. 入住固鎮漢興開元名都大酒店太驚喜！遇到户外草坪婚禮很漂亮！房間很新設施設備也很好，衞生打掃的也乾淨沒有異味，酒店旁邊是恆大小區有很多店面吃飯也方便，酒店對面的大草坪等我下次來春遊一定帶個帳篷⛺，大堂還有前台服務都很好，服務人員感覺都很暖心，固鎮縣第一名🥇，強烈推薦！

衞生間非常明顯的煙頭未清理，浴室內外把手處也是污垢，總體衞生真的沒法細看。之前住過幾次感覺還算ok，現在衞生情況大不如以前。房間冰箱既然配備了就不要當個擺設吧，希望可以改進

新開業酒店，在固鎮新區，河濱公園挨着，酒店內部環境很美很安靜，但公園和周邊應該尚在規劃建設階段，未來可期，酒店服務很好，試了一下晚餐，薺菜餅子很好吃，餐廳服務員又熱心贈了一份小菜，很好的一次體驗。
