GGuest UserWe stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services.
The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away.
My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

AAnonymous UserOur family stayed for three nights over Chinese New Year, in both a suite and a deluxe twin room. A big thank you to Jane from Guest Relations for her service and communication. She kindly offered us three complimentary laundry and drying services (it would be even better if suites automatically included this next time!). Our room offered direct views of the Jinwan Art Center, and we enjoyed the musical fountain show every evening at 7:30 PM, which added a lovely festive touch to our Chinese New Year. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Huafa's commercial complex, making dining, movies, and entertainment easily accessible, perfect for families with kids! 😉😉 The cleanliness was decent. Breakfast during Chinese New Year was very crowded, so the dining experience was just average. The Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor, however, was quite good.

SSquall912Having stayed at a few Sheratons, this one is definitely one of the better ones. The room facilities are great, quite new, and well-maintained. The soundproofing is also excellent. The location is superb, offering convenient views of Macau's night skyline across the sea. Strolling or cycling along the seaside promenade is a pleasant experience. I encountered a few issues when checking into my room, but the duty manager worked hard to resolve them and offered compensation. Overall, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was quite rich. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

EE14996****I was pleasantly surprised by how new and clean the hotel was. The view overlooking Hengqin was amazing, and it was quiet with fewer people around. Cycling in the area was very comfortable, and there's also a food court. Since we transferred here from the Marriott in the city center on our last day, this hotel felt much newer in comparison. For two five-star hotels, the Marriott felt a bit dated.

GGuest UserOur hotel butler was incredibly dedicated and provided attentive service throughout our stay. They reminded us about show times daily, answered all our questions patiently via WeChat, and were generally very helpful. The hotel has great entertainment facilities, including an indoor play area and an outdoor mini-train, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Guests can enjoy complimentary luggage storage and free parking. Our room had excellent natural light, and the bathroom had stable water pressure. The bedding was comfortable, and they even provided children's toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch – lots of attention to detail! Room service for deliveries was prompt and considerate. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Ocean Kingdom; it's just a 3-minute walk to the entrance, incredibly convenient. It's also close to the high-speed train station, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's fountain plaza is fantastic, offering a stunning visual feast with its musical fountain show combined with Ocean Kingdom's colorful fireworks. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with fresh air. For check-out, you can simply drop your room card into the express check-out box, no need to go to the front desk, which is quick, easy, and saves a lot of time. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. I highly recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel.

YYuzhouchaojiwudimeishaonvdemaThe five stars are for the kind front desk staff who helped me check in. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the border crossing. We arrived around 2 AM, and the front desk staff graciously extended our check-out time to 2 PM. However, we were woken up early by incessant, hysterical screaming outside. I called the front desk, and a woman answered, but she reacted with indifference to my concerns. When we left, another woman apologized and offered a gift as compensation. Honestly, who needs a gift when you're so angry from lack of sleep?

SSunnvshi_The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy. It's directly opposite the Macau Lighthouse, facing the sea, with beautiful views of Macau's colorful architecture in the distance.
Regarding the facilities, I found several thoughtful touches: first, the indicator lights are motion-sensor activated, which is convenient when it's dark; second, upon entering, there's a spacious luggage bench where you can sit to change shoes; third, there's a soft bench below the TV, handy for placing items or sitting; fourth, the shower has a retractable clothesline, useful for hanging towels or drying clothes; and fifth, the soy milk at breakfast is unsweetened, great for those managing their sugar intake, with sugar packets available separately.
However, there's one detail that's quite disappointing: the trash can next to the toilet has a lid and isn't motion-activated, so you have to touch it to throw anything in, which is pretty gross.
Overall, despite this minor flaw, my stay was quite pleasant.

GGuest UserChoosing the right hotel is so crucial when traveling with kids! This hotel has a fantastic environment, with a spacious and bright lobby that really sets a relaxing, holiday mood. The in-room facilities for families are incredibly thoughtful, and my child absolutely loved them. During our stay, we were truly touched by a staff member named Niya. Whether it was helping us with a baby chair when ordering food, or gently reminding our child to be careful when running around the lobby, Niya always had a genuine smile on her face. You could tell she genuinely loves children, and her meticulous care made us parents feel completely at ease. Our whole family had a wonderful stay, and we really want to commend Niya!

Sschwein-xxWe specifically booked a suite for Chinese New Year's Eve, and our exclusive butler, Karen, was absolutely wonderful! She added me on WeChat well in advance and was incredibly warm and thorough, always ready to answer any questions. She even proactively anticipated many of our needs. She helped prepare our room beforehand, decorated it for Chinese New Year, and left a handwritten New Year's greeting card – so thoughtful! I'll definitely treasure that card. The hotel's location offers direct views of the Macau Peninsula, and the facilities are comprehensive, with a fantastic breakfast spread. Our stay was truly excellent. I've stayed at St. Regis in other cities before, but this experience at the St. Regis Zhuhai was by far the best. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserFirst time stay in this hotel but trust its brand name. Although its location is not so convenient but after the 3 night stay. We love this hotel because hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to accommodate our request!
Their buffet style breakfast is good. Room is spacious and stylish. Every where in the hotel make you feel comfortable and stylish.
We’ll chose this hotel again for our next trip to Zhuhai.
