"Cute decor. Prime location but basically no amenities. The gym and laundry are like micro rooms and it feels like people live there. The hotel has a strange aroma and smells like a nursing home. Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. So if you’re hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night you’re on your own."

"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers."

"Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️"

"CHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

GGuest UserLooks new, good location. I always ***** sheets before I check out in hopes that none will be re-used for the next occupants. Today I was shocked to see a huge stain on the mattress; it definitely needs cleaned or exchanged for a new mattress!

VVicki WilkinsThe service was good and the hotel looks really good. Hotel amenities are great. I didn’t try the food but the eating area was very clean. The room was spacious but not handicapped as requested. No handicap rails around the toilet which made it very hard to use the bathroom. The room needs a good cleaning too. The walls have spots on them and sticker residue is on the headboard. (You can tell a child loved their heart shaped stickers 🙂)

NNstuart1We stayed for one night because of its proximity to the Spring Grove Cemetery and arboretum. The double queen room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I could not get some amenities like a toothbrush so I went to a local store for those. It had a fridge, microwave and safe as well as a closet and good WiFi. The breakfast was included, it had a really cool pancake making machine with eggs and sausage and juice so I’d recommend that. The pool and gym were nice and easily accessible as well as ice and vending machines. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Sharonville as it’s right next to the convention center and has several stores and restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserGuest computer had many viruses so it was very, very slow in making connections. Bathroom shower fixtures need replacing. Motel was full and a large group of kids devoured most of the breakfast items by 7:15 AM. Staff was unable to replace items and ran out of some things like pancake syrup. What was there was pretty good but it was slow going to get eggs or sausage due to short staffing.

GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!

GGuest UserThe location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet ocasionnally continued to run which I manually fixed. Enough towels and such but could have used more bar soap. The TV was one of the easiest to use for me. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal for the kids, milk and yogurt in the fridge, weak coffee, apple juice, fresh fruit, and oatmeal to mix yourself. Needed more hot water to use. Also needed a carafe of decaf coffee. The outside had parking spots for hundreds. Kept up area pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and I love the pillows, they were just right. I think all the carpets in the place need steam cleaning, they did not smell but they were very dark. Again, this place needs a big infusion of cash and some personnel need to return to hospitality management school.

GGuest UserI requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.
